大跨度自锚式悬索桥钢箱梁顶推施工局部稳定性分析

【摘要】 本文以郑州桃花峪黄河大桥主桥钢箱梁顶推施工为工程背景,运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS进行仿真计算,分别从整体受力、局部受力、局部稳定三方面对钢箱梁顶推过程中关键问题进行研究,分析了顶推施工过程中钢箱梁的受力特性及成桥状态下部分构件相关参数对钢箱梁稳定的影响,对今后该类型桥梁局部稳定分析起到指导作用。本文完成的主要工作有如下几方面:(1)运用传统的解析方法,从主梁最大负弯矩和最大支点反力的角度出发,讨论了导梁的合理优化设计理论。(2)运用数值方法分析钢箱梁顶推过程中各临时墩的受力特性和变化规律,确定顶推过程中最不利工况,作为钢箱梁局部分析的计算工况。(3)考虑滑道处钢箱梁受力的模式,对比滑道梁下设置橡胶垫块与不设橡胶垫块两种不同情况钢箱梁的受力状态,并通过改变滑道梁下不同橡胶垫块的约束长度,对数个典型工况下滑道处钢箱梁梁段进行局部稳定屈曲分析,论证了设置橡胶垫块对钢箱梁局部稳定性有较好地改善作用。(4)通过采用板壳单元对成桥阶段整体有限元建模,并针对该项目中钢箱梁设计变更前后各构件(顶板、底板、纵隔板、加劲肋及横隔板等)参数的变化,分析不同参数变化对成桥状态下钢箱梁局部稳受力性能的影响。(5)基于钢箱梁顶推施工监控,针对桃花峪大桥项目的实际情况,提出了科学合理的监控方案,为同类型桥梁的施工监控提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The paper takes the incremental launching of steel box girder of TaohuayuYellow River Main Bridge in Zhengzhou as project background, applying major finiteelement software ANSYS to carry out simulation calculation, this paper studied thekey questions during the incremental launching process from integral stress, localstress, and local stabilization respectively. Also, it analyzes the mechanics character ofsteel box girder and part of components relevant parameters’ effect on its stabilityunder the status of finished bridge. It plays a guiding role on local stability analysis ofsuch type of these bridges in the future.Completed the major work of this paper is asfollows:1) Traditional analysis method is adopted. From the perspective of main beam’smaximum negative moment and maximum reaction force, it discusses a reasonableoptimal design theory of guide beam.2) Using numerical method to analyze the stress character and changingregulation of temporary piers during the launching process, determining the mostunfavorable condition which is used as the calculation condition of local analysis onsteel box girder.3) Consider the stress mode of steel box girder in chute, contrast the stress statebetween with rubber pads and without rubber pads under the beam. Moreover, bychanging the constraint length of different rubber pads, and conducting bucklinganalysis on local stability under a number of typical operating conditions, itdemonstrated that rubber pads greatly improve the local stability of steel box girder.4) Through using plate and shell elements to build finite element model of bridgecompletion stage, and analyzing parameter changes of each components (roof,baseboard, longitudinal clapboard, ribbed stiffener and diaphragm, etc) before andafter the change of steel box girder design, it analyzes how the parameter changeseffect the performance of local stability of steel box girder under the status of finishedbridge.5) In view of the actual situation of Taohuayu bridge project, this paper putsforward a detailed and reasonable construction monitoring program, which is providesa reference for bridge construction design of the same type.
