聚合物水泥复合材料的研制及应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国对西部大开发大力投入,西部地区的基础建设也随着飞速的发展。由于西部地区地形比较复杂,这些地形复杂的山区使得公路设计和施工出现了极大的困难,而软岩边坡的稳定性就是一个非常棘手的问题,特别是各类软岩高边坡固化问题。虽然国内外对软岩工程边坡的防护研究成果已有很多,但是目前对软岩工程边坡治理普遍是采用挂网喷射混凝土砂浆或利用浆砌片石封闭软岩边坡的方法,虽然能够有效的防止软岩边坡坍塌,但却与高速公路建设生态环保的理念相差甚远;而现在常用的软岩边坡生态防护方法主要偏重于当时景观效果的营造以及植被的正常生长,却不能够防止软岩边坡的剥蚀软化和整体结构失稳问题,几年之后经常会出现软岩边坡生态防护失效问题。本文以广西六宜高速公路软岩边坡工程治理为依托,并在对国内外关于软岩边坡防护理论和技术充分研究的基础上,提出了以聚合物水泥复合材料作为固化剂,对软岩边坡进行固化处理,达到防止、减弱或减缓软岩边坡软化崩解,达到提高软岩边坡工程长期稳定的软岩边坡稳定性控制方法,针对这个主题进行了以下研究和工作:根据聚合物改性水泥浆原理制备聚合物水泥复合材料固化剂,对聚合物乳液进行了优选,深入研究探讨了聚合物乳液对聚合物水泥复合材料固化剂的性能影响及其作用机理。利用扫描电镜研究软岩软化过程中微观结构的变化,进一步研究固化剂对软岩强度的影响。对比不同放大倍数的扫描电镜照片并利用matlab软件分析,研究固化剂固化前后软岩岩样的表面形状、内部结构、连结形式以及孔隙的形状和大小变化;最后在施工现场选取不同地段的软岩边坡作为试验路段,检验新制固化剂的粘性、弹性、透水性以及耐久性,观测试验段与非实验段的软岩软化情况,找到最合理的方案和施工工艺。

【Abstract】 With strongly investment on the developing of western region, the infrastructureconstructions in the west develop rapidly. Since complex terrain of the westernregion, these complex mountainous terrains has cause great difficulties to appear onthe highway design and construction, and stability of soft rock slope is a very difficultproblem, especially the problem of all kinds of soft rock slope curing. Although therewere many research on soft rock slope protection at domestic and international , thesoft rock engineering slope is generally adopted for hanging on shoetree mortar ormortar rubble closed soft rock slope method, it could prevent soft rock slope collapseeffectively, but a far cry from highway construction eco-friendly concept ; nowcommonly used in soft rock slope ecological protection methods focus on to create alandscape effect at the time and the normal growth of vegetation, but can notprevent the erosion and soften of soft rock slope and the overall structure of theinstability problem, A few years later, the ecological protection of the soft rockslope failures often occurs.Rely on the soft rock slope engineering governance of Liu Yi expresswayin Guangxi and on the basis of the full study of the theory and technology of softrock slope protection at domestic and international, it proposed that polymer cementcomposite as a curing agent to solidified the rock slope in order to prevent,weaken or slow soft rock slope softening and disintegration , to achieve greaterlong-term stability of soft rock slope engineering soft rock slope stability controlmethod ,The following research and work for this topic: Prepared polymer cementcomposite curing agent based on the polymer-modified grout principle, to selectpolymer emulsion and in-depth study explores the performance of the effect andmechanism of polymer emulsion on polymer cement composites curing agent. Usingthe scanning electron microscopy to research the microstructure changes in thesoftening process of soft rock, the curing agent on the strength of soft rock isinvestigated further. Compare different magnification scanning electron micrographand used Matlab software analysis, research curing agent curing soft rock samplesurface before and after the shape, internal structure, to link the form and the poreshape and size of change; Finally ,select different sections of the soft rock slope at theconstruction site as a test section, test the new curing agent viscosity, elasticity, permeability and durability, and observe experimental section and non-experimentalsection of soft rock softening to find the most reasonable option and constructiontechnology.
