CBF-E齿轮泵的结构分析及改进设计

【摘要】 齿轮泵的轻量化和流量脉动的最小化是齿轮泵的两个主要研究问题。本文以CBF-E型齿轮泵为研究对象,应用现代设计方法对齿轮泵进行了轻量化设计,通过对齿轮泵的流量脉动及计算流体仿真软件的流场模拟技术的深入研究,分析模拟齿轮泵主要设计参数对齿轮泵流动特性的影响。本文的主要内容包括:(1)从齿轮泵的工作原理出发,简要阐述了齿轮泵的主要结构参数的计算方法以及在正常的工况下这些值的许用范围,并以此为基础建立了数学模型;(2)面向齿轮泵的空间最小体积,在模数选定的情况下求解已经建立的数学模型。得到不同的模数对应的最优参数。形成三种备选方案;(3)对齿轮泵的流量脉动进行分析与研究,包括以下内容:1)从理论上推导了瞬时流量脉动、最大瞬时流量、最小瞬时流量以及流量不均匀系数的计算方法;2)通过设计四组试验,选用18种不同结构参数的齿轮泵,计算了不同结构参数齿轮泵的出口瞬时流量,绘制出出口处的流量脉动曲线图,分析了齿轮泵的齿数、模数、压力角及重叠系数对齿轮泵输出流量脉动的影响;3)应用以上四组试验分析得到的结论,对三个面向轻量化的齿轮泵备选方案的出口流量脉动特性进行分析,综合比较三种备选方案的流量脉动特性,最终确定出流量脉动特性最佳的设计方案。(4)基于计算流体力学(CFD)软件对齿轮泵内部流场进行数值模拟。包括以下内容:1)在齿轮泵的内部流场的分析中采用动网格技术以分析齿轮泵内部流场随齿轮轴转角发生变化的规律;2)基于fluent对齿轮泵的内部流场进行数值模拟。通过对三种备选方案分别进行压力场,速度场及齿间和进出口处流线的分布状态的仿真分析,得出不同设计方案的流场特性,为方案选择提供支持。论文的工作对基于现代设计方法实现齿轮泵的优化设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The lightweight of the gear pump and minimize of the flow pulsations is the two mainresearch direction of the gear pump. In this paper, take the CFB-E gear pump as an example,apply the modern design methods to loose weight for gear pump, through in-depth study ofthe gear pump flow pulsation and simulation techniques in computational fluid simulationsoftware, Analysis the relationship between the main design parameters of gear pump and theflow characteristics of gear pump. The main content includes:(1)Starting from the gear pump principle, Brief description of the method of calculationof the main structural parameters of the gear pump, and the allowable range in the normaloperating conditions,As the basis for the establishment of a mathematical model.(2)To target the minimum volume, Solving the mathematical model that has beenestablished in the case of the selected modulus.Get the optimal parameters and the threealternatives.(3)Gear pump flow fluctuation analysis and research:1) Theoretically derived Calculated method of the Instantaneous flow pulsation, themaximum instantaneous flow rate, the minimum instantaneous flow rate and flowcoefficient of uniformity;2) Through the design of the four groups of test, Selection of 18 different structuralparameters of the gear pump, Analysis the relationship between the number of teethof the gear pump, modulus, pressure angle and overlap coefficient and the gearpump output flow pulsation;3) Comprehensive compare of three alternatives flow pulsation characteristics,ultimately determine the best design suggestion.(4) Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software to simulate the internalflow field of the gear pump:1) analysis the internal flow field discipline change with the gear shaft corner changes;2) Numerical simulation based on the internal flow field of the gear pump, draw theflow characteristics of different design options.Provide support for the program toselect.The paper provides a reference work on the optimization of the gear pump design basedon modern design.
