【摘要】 学前教育作为终身教育的开端以及基础教育的基础,对保证儿童未来的发展具有极其重要的作用,与此同时,对于学前教育阶段的儿童来说,家庭教育的影响也是极其深远的,因此,开展家园合作,将两个对儿童产生深远影响的教育环境联合起来,不仅可以提高学前教育的质量,还可视为一种促进儿童和谐、全面发展的有效保障。因为对儿童的发展抱有相同的目的,使得幼儿园教育和家庭教育有可能采用合作的方式发挥教育合力的作用。然而在家园合作的实践活动中,教师与家长都拥有对儿童行使教育的权利和义务,而双方的权利和义务并没有得到相应的明确和保护,导致双方无法建立起和谐、统一的合作关系,在教育活动中表现为教师与家长之间教育观念的冲突。本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献分析法等方法进行研究之后发现当前家园合作过程中：一方面,大部分教师和家长能够为顺利开展家园合作积极地进行探索和努力；另一方面,不得不承认,家园合作中亲师双方的配合还存在着诸多问题。论文以社会学角度对家园合作中亲师教育观念冲突进行了实证研究和理论分析,指出家园合作教育中冲突的中介性、隐蔽性的特点,详细分析了家园合作中亲师教育观念冲突的表象和本质原因,并提出了一些解决家园合作中亲师教育观念冲突的建议。由于家园合作中亲师教育观念冲突具有隐蔽性,尽管冲突可以在一定程度上促进家长与教师教育素质的不断提高,但如果不进行积极有效的解决,就有可能使家园双方关系紧张或矛盾升级,造成破坏性的结果,而承担这种结果的只能是作为中介方的儿童。本文旨在抛砖引玉,希望能引起学者们对亲师教育观念冲突的关注,最终推动家长和教师之间建立友好关系、默契的合作关系,解决家园合作中的教育难题,促进学前教育更好更快地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Home- school cooperation is of great importance to elementary education in education reform. Former researches centered on how to achieve better cooperation while the conflicts between home and teacher were taken only as problems in the process. With different concepts in education from the two sides, the conflicts do exist especially at the Pre-school education due to mental and physical features of the children and the gap between reality and expectation in both parent’s and teachers’minds. To know and understand the conflicts is the key to effective cooperation between home and school.Various reasons contribute to the conflicts in home-school cooperation.Research of the conflicts should be conducted within the social environment in which people’s ideals are shaped. The approaches used in this paper include questionnaire, interview and theory analysis. The paper attempts to find out special features of the conflicts between parents and school in the pre-school years from the prospective of sociology. The paper is also written in hope that it can contribute to a better cooperation and answer the question of chileren’s that whose order and advice should be followed, parents’ or teachers’.更多还原
