基于ANSYS的悬索桥结构优化

【摘要】 本论文在现有悬索桥研究成果的基础上,首先论述了悬索桥的基本计算理论,优化设计理论和参数化建模的基本知识,并采用ANSYS中的APDL参数化设计语言对悬索桥进行有限元建模,用于对悬索的优化设计。结合悬索桥的结构形式和受力特点,对悬索桥的吊杆和缆索采用空间杆单元模拟,对加劲梁和索塔采用空间梁单元来模拟,对桥面板采用壳单元进行模拟,以此建立由缆索、吊杆、索塔、加劲梁、桥面板组成的全桥空间分析的有限元模型。利用大型通用软件ANSYS强大的非线性有限元分析功能及优化设计功能,通过ANSYS中的APDL参数化设计语言,使用连续设计变量的优化方法,采用合理的优化策略对悬索桥进行优化,以吊杆和缆索的初应变为设计变量;以吊杆尽量均匀的张拉力和缆索、吊杆、加劲梁、塔的应力限值为状态变量;以悬索桥承受自身恒载作用时主梁变形最小为目标函数。先采用随机搜索的优化分析方法,再在此方法所有的可行设计序列基础上,利用零阶方法,然后在零阶方法的基础上采用一阶方法,从而得到更精确的结果。通过以上的分析计算,进行优化前后的对比分析,包括静力分析、模态分析、和瞬态分析,对悬索桥优化前后的状态进行比较,从而尝试使悬索桥达到一个较优的状态。

【Abstract】 This paper is based on the existing suspension bridge research results. Firstly, it expounds the basic theory of suspension bridge, the theory of optimization design and the basic knowledge of parametric modeling. At the same time it uses the APDL parametric design language of ANSYS for suspension bridge finite element modeling, aiming at the optimal design of suspension bridge.Combined the structural style with the character of external force of the suspension bridge, we use3-D bar elements to simulate the suspender and the cable of suspension bridge, we use the beam elements to simulate the stiffening girder and bridge tower, with the shell element to simulate bridge panel.So that we can build the finite element model of the all bridge pace analysis,which is made up with the cable, suspender, pylon, girder, bridge panel.We use the strong nonlinear finite element analysis and optimization design function of the large general software ANSYS, and the ANSYS APDL parametric design language, and the optimization method of continuous design variables to optimize the suspension bridge with reasonable optimization strategy. We use the suspender and cable initial strain as design variables; Regard the possible tension of suspender and stress limit of the cable, suspender, stiffening girder, the tower’s as the state variables; The objective function is the minimum of main girder deformation when the suspension bridge is under dead load.Firstly,we use stochastic search optimization method, and base on all the feasible design sequence basis of it, we use zero order method and then the first order method to get a more accurate results.Through the above analysis, we can carry on optimization analysis before and after comparing state, including the static analysis, modal analysis, and transient analysis. Through the optimization of suspension bridge before and after comparing state, we can make the suspension bridge a better state.
