通用航空维修技术信息管理系统开发与研究

Development and Research of Management System for General Aviation Maintenance Technical Information

【摘要】 随着信息技术的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,国内外航空公司都在积极推进信息化的飞机维修技术信息管理系统的建设。然而目前通航单位的信息管理工作仍然停留在手工纸质化作业上,并且缺少有效的措施来处理飞机的维护信息,这种信息处理方式的滞后和不足阻碍着通航单位的发展。参照国内航空公司最新的维修信息管理系统的技术,针对某通航单位对维修技术信息管理的现状以及其中存在的不足,本文提出了建立信息化的维修技术信息管理系统。本文以DELPHI为信息管理系统的开发平台,采取三层C/S结构开发模式,应用面向对象的思想建立分析模型、设计模型,根据这些模型进行系统功能模块设计和系统数据库设计,运用Microsoft Access来构建系统数据库,利用ADO技术和多层数据程序技术(MIDAS)实现数据库的访问以及数据库和应用服务器之间的连接,利用基于故障树分析的故障诊断技术进行交互式故障寻导,完成故障信息的诊断;最后对系统进行编程,完成维修技术信息管理系统的开发,并对系统软件进行了软件测试,分析了系统中的不足以及待改进之处。本系统所实现的功能模块包括系统管理、机队信息管理、适航性资料管理、重大维修记录管理、故障信息管理、飞机时限管理、飞机状态管理等七大模块。通过这些功能模块,对维修技术信息进行及时地采集、汇总、统计、分析和交互,实现了信息的实时共享和快速处理;充分利用了历史故障数据和飞机维护手册,完成基于故障树分析的故障诊断,为机务维修提供了更为科学合理的故障诊断方式;实现了飞机时控件寿命预警和出机状态监控的功能。该系统的开发和使用,为整个机务维修的信息化建设做出了一定的贡献。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the furious marketcompetition, the domestic and international airlines are promoting the construction of theinformatization management system for the maintenance technical information. While for thegeneral aviation, information management still remains in the manual paper-based operations,and lack effective measures to deal with aircraft maintenance information. Therefore, the lagand deficiency of the information management has hampered the development of the generalaviation units.Referring to the newest proposal on maintenance information management systemtechnology of the domestic airlines, aiming at the status of the maintenance technicalinformation management for the general aviation units, as well as the shortcomings, thisthesis proposes the establishment of the informatazation management system for themaintenance technical information. This thesis chooses Delphi as the platform to designinformation management system, takes three-tier C/S structure development model, builds upanalysis model and design model under the object-oriented ideas, designs the system functionmodules and database by these models, builds the system database using Microsoft Access,uses the ADO and MIDAS to realizes the access to the database and the connection betweenthe database and application servers, uses fault diagnosis based on fault tree analysis ofinteractive failure to do the diagnosis guide ; Finally, do the program, completes thedevelopment and software test, and analysis of the system deficiencies and improvements.This system implements seven major functional modules: system management, fleetinformation management, airworthiness data management, major maintenance recordsmanagement, fault information management, the LLP management, aircraft statusmanagement. Through these modules , it can collect, summarize, count, analyze and interactall the maintenance technical information, which realizes the real-time information sharing; ittakes full advantage of historical fault data and airplane maintenance manual to complete faultdiagnosis based on fault tree analysis, which provides more scientific and reasonable faultdiagnosis for aircraft maintenance; it also achieves the early warning function of the LLP lifeand aircraft utilization status monitoring. The development and use of it makes a certaincontribution for the informatization construction of aircraft maintenance management system.
