网络环境下桥式起重机参数化CAE技术研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的飞速发展,桥式起重机的市场需求逐年上涨,而企业需求呈现出多样化、特殊化,短周期、高效率、高可靠性的趋势,参数化CAE技术作为能实现产品快速设计验证与可靠性分析的新兴技术成为了众多学者关注的热点。论文以75t-125t桥式起重机为研究对象,在多用户机、双服务器、多工作站的网络环境下,以Solid Edge ST3与Femap V10.0为开发平台,分别从桥式起重机CAE模型建立方法与参数化CAE分析方法两方面,对桥式起重机的参数化CAE分析技术进行了深入研究。桥式起重机CAE模型建立方法:在论述参数化CAE建模技术理论的基础上,将CAE模型的组成划分为几何形状特征与有限元特征,利用Solid Edge建立CAE模型的几何形状特征,其中通过面分割解决了载荷施加位置的参数化驱动与程序化自动识别单元编号的技术难题。利用VB对Femap V10.0进行二次开发,研究CAE模型有限元特征的建立方法,以及离散化CAE分析模型的方法。建立了能同时兼容CAD设计与CAE分析的CAD/CAE混合模型库。桥式起重机参数化CAE分析方法:在桥式起重机模块划分和设计计算、分析知识程序化的基础上,提出与研究了Femap平台下的桥式起重机参数化CAE分析方法。利用VB对Solid Edge进行二次开发,进行模型的简化与CAE模型几何形状特征模板的参数驱动,生成所需的几何形状特征模型。利用VB调用Femap的相关接口函数,将CAE分析前处理、分析计算、后处理的方法与过程参数化、标准化、程序化,最终实现了桥式起重机的参数化CAE分析。通过上述理论与方法的研究,建立了Femap平台下的CAE分析桥式起重机的参数化CAE分析系统,根据系统各模块的特性,将其分别安装在用户机、服务器、工作站中,使产品设计资源与计算机资源得到合理利用。该系统在某单位的75t-125t桥式起重机CAE分析过程中取得了良好效果,提高了CAE分析效率与质量,缩短了产品开发周期。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the national economy, the market demand of overheadcrane is increasing year by year, and the business requirements tend to be varied, personalised,short-cycle, high efficiency and high reliability. As an emerging technology, parametric CAEtechnology has become the focus of many scholars, which can realize product rapid designverification and reliability analysis.In the paper, 75t-125t overhead crane is taken as study object, in the multi-user machine,dual-server, multi-workstation network environment, Solid Edge ST3 and Femap V10.0 aretaken as development platform, overhead crane parametric CAE is studied intensively fromtwo aspects of the bridge crane CAE model method and parametric CAE analysis method.Establishment method of overhead crane CAE model: on the basis of discoursingparameter CAE modeling techniques theory, CAE model is divided into geometry shapecharacteristics and finite element characteristic, the geometry shape of CAE model isestablished by using Solid Edge, and the technical problems about parameter-driven in theload application location and programmed identification unit numbers automatically aresolved through the surface segmentation. VB is used to develop secondary Femap V10.0,CAE model building method of finite element characteristic and discretized CAE analysismodel are studied. CAD/CAE mixture model library which is compatible for CAD design andCAE analysis at the same time is established.Parameterized CAE analysis method of overhead crane: on the basis of overhead cranemodule division and design calculation, programmed analysis knowledge, parameterized CAE analysis method of overhead crane based on Femap platform is proposed and studied. VB isused to develop secondary Solid Edge, simplify model and drive parameters of the geometriccharacteristics template of CAE mode to generate the required geometric characteristic model.VB is used to call relevant interface function of Femap. The method and process of CAEanalysis pretreatment, analysis calculation and post-processing are parameterized,standardized and programed. Parameter CAE analysis of overhead crane is finally realized.According to the study for theory and method, overhead crane Parameter CAE analysissystem is established in the Femap platform, and, on the basis of characteristics of eachmodule, the system is installed on user machine, server and workstation, which make theproduct design resources and computer resources be fair used.The system has been used in overhead crane analysis process in an enterprise, andreceived good effect, which improved CAE analysis efficiency and quality, shortened productdevelopment cycle.
