基于壳体电容的高压传感器仿真和实验技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对应用于火炮膛压测试的基于壳体电容的高压传感器,主要从测压器仿真与实验技术研究两大部分进行展开。文章以ANSYS仿真与理论计算相结合的方式,在对测压器相关国外研究现状及仿真技术在工程中应用了解的基础上,从基本原理可行性出发对基于壳体电容式高压传感器可行性进行了论证。以确定测压系统结构为起点、圆筒结构理论为依托,分别研究确定了测压器结构尺寸参数并验证了结构设计的合理性。为了得到壳体电容相关参量,为测试电路设计提供依据与支持,对壳体电容器电容及电压变化范围进行了计算,分析了壳体电容器的电场分布,对影响壳体电容器参量的各因素进行了研究,为结构加工、装配精度控制提供了参考。因测压器所处环境的复杂性及其所受载荷冲击幅值较大,对测试过程中有可能叠加到测试结果的非测量参量进行了尝试性探讨。其中以热分析过程中载荷参量计算为核心,得到了高温载荷作用下壳体的动态响应;分析了测压系统的模态,得到了系统的固有频率与振型。最后,为了得到测压器的静动态特性,对测压器静动态标定所需实验设备进行了研究,论述了并证明油压标定机应用于测压器静态标定的合理性,并以仿真结果为依据分析计算得到了测压器的部分静态响应特性;对模拟膛压发生器在动态标定过程中的优缺点进行了分析,提出了研究应用于基于壳体电容测压器的模拟膛压发生器的必要性。

【Abstract】 This paper spreads in two main points of the simulation and experiment technologyresearch of the high pressure capacitive sensor, based on shell capacitor, which is used tolife-weary taker test.On the basis of understand of pressure measuring device current research at home andabroad, and the application of simulate technology in engineering, this paper analyzed thefeasibility of the high pressure capacitive sensor which based on shell capacitor by the way ofANSYS simulation and theoretical calculation.Start with the structure of the pressure test system, base on the theory of cylinderstructure, it researched and identified the structure size parameters of the pressure measuringdevice and verified the rationality of the structure design. In order to get the parameters relateto the shell capacitor, provide basis and support for the test circuit design, calculated thechange range of the capacitance and voltage of the shell capacitor. It analyzed the distributionof the electric field of the shell capacitor, researched various factors which may influenceshell capacitor parameter, which could provide reference of structure processing andassembling accuracy control. Because of the complexity of the environment where thepressure measuring device placed and the impact load amplitude act on it is big, this articletried to explore the parameters that may adding in the test result which do not want to test.Make the calculation of the parameter used in thermal analysis as a core, obtained theresponse of the shell under dynamic high temperature load. Analyzed the mode of thepressure measuring system, obtained the natural frequency and mode of system of it. Finally,in order to get the static and dynamic characteristics of the pressure measuring device,researched the experiment equipments needed for the static and dynamic calibration.Discussed and proofed it is rational to use piston pressure gauge to calibrate the machine. Itgot the static response characteristics of the device based on the simulation results, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages when simulation bore pressure generator is used indynamic calibration. Proposed it is necessary to research simulation bore pressure generatorparticular for the pressure measuring device based on shell capacitance.
