某数据记录装置的设计及关键技术研究

【摘要】 该数据记录装置完成飞行器在飞行过程中的多路环境参数、运动参数、指令信号以及指定节点间的电阻变化情况等的测试,对上述多路参数采集、编码、存储,用于回收后数据的读取、分析。该数据记录装置由2个数据记录器构成。本文在介绍该数据记录装置总体功能的基础上,引出本课题的4项关键技术。其中,可靠启动技术、数据记录器1数据存储的逻辑设计以及两个数据记录器的通信技术最为关键。可靠启动设计方案在原来的基础上进行了优化设计,保证数据记录器在正常情况和意外情况下均能启动采集完成所有参数的测试。对于数据记录器1的存储逻辑设计,通过在数据记录器1内部设计2个FIFO并配以严格的时序逻辑关系实现了将两个数据记录器的数据均存入数据记录器1的存储器中。对于2个数据记录器之间的通信方式采用了422串行通信方式,两个数据记录器之间除传送命令外还有数据,采用检验和的方法确保命令在传输过程中不会改变,数据的传送在收发两端均设计了FIFO保证数据不会溢出。同时,为了防止试验后数据的再次写入及擦除,备用读数接口设计为只能对其进行读取操作。此外,对某些关键模拟信号如温度、电阻、开关量信号的测量,介绍了其测量方法及原理。对于热电偶测量温度的误差进行了分析并给出了减少测量误差的方法;对于电阻和开关量信号的测量采用隔离技术降低了噪声。该数据记录装置已成功应用于某飞行试验中,经试验验证及事后的数据分析知数据记录器1中FIFO设计的合理性以及串行通信接口的可靠性。

【Abstract】 The data recording device is used to test multiple environmental parameters, motionparameters, command signals and change situation of resistance between the specified nodeduring the flight test of aircraft. In particular, it performs the operation of data collection,coding and storage, and is used to analyze data after reclaim.The data recording device consists of two data recorders. This paper derivatives fourkey techniques on the basis of introduction of overall function. Among them, reliable starttechnology, design of logic control of data recorder 1, communication mode between the twodata recorders is the more important. Reliable start scheme is the optimized design which ison the basis of original design, to ensure that data recorder can start and complete the test ofall the parameters in the normal and accidental circumstances. For design of logic control ofdata recorder 1, two FIFOs are designed in data recorder 1, realizes that data of two datarecorder 2 can all saved in memory of data recorder 1 which is coordinated with strict logicrelations. For communication mode between the two data recorders, this paper adopts 422serial communication mode. Transmission of content between two data recorders is commandand data. Using checksum guarantees that command isn’t change in the process oftransmission, and design for FIFO at transceiver ensures that data will not overflow. At thesame time, only the read operation can execute for alternate reading interface in order toprevent test data from writing and erasing again.In addition, introduce measuring method and principle of some of the key analog signal,such as temperature, resistance and switch quantity. Temperature measurement error based onthermocouple is analyzed, and then list the method to reduce the measurement error. Isolationtechnology is applied to resistance and switch quantity measurement, so as to reduce noise.The data recording device has been successfully applied to a flight test of aircraft, itproves that rationality of the design of FIFO in data recorder 1 and reliability of serialcommunication interface.
