多层侵彻过载存储测试技术研究

【摘要】 多层侵彻过载参数对于武器战斗部设计和防护工程设计具有非常重要的意义。本文针对多层过载存储测试技术进行了以下几个方面的研究:(1)通过数值模拟的方法使用LS-DYNA软件对弹丸侵彻三层钢板过程进行了仿真,从中分析了多层侵彻过程及侵彻过载的特点;通过对加速度传感器等效模型分析,明确了侵彻实测过载信号中的信息成分和特点,为过载信号采集系统设计和数据处理提供了理论依据;结合对测试环境的分析,提出了测试系统的设计指标和设计原则,确定了总体测试方案。(2)根据所确定的测试方案设计了多层侵彻过载测试系统的硬件电路;(3)从机械结构设计、电路模块灌封技术、缓冲隔离技术三个方面研究了多层侵彻环境下弹载测试仪的抗高过载技术。在对电路模块的缓冲保护中,设计了一种泡沫铝外套钢壳的缓冲结构,使用空气炮加载装置对其多次缓冲性能进行了动态考核,验证了其可用于多层侵彻环境下电路模块的缓冲保护;(4)基于LabVIEW设计了测试系统的上位机软件,实现了与过载测试仪通信和对测试数据处理与分析等功能。最后,对测试系统进行了整体测试,验证了其可靠性,并在某靶场进行了多层侵彻实弹试验,成功的测得了某弹丸侵彻多层混凝土靶的全弹道过载数据,并使用本文开发的上位机软件完成了实测数据的处理与分析,所得到的测试结果与实际情况吻合较好。由此表明,本文对于多层侵彻过载存储测试所进行的研究可用于多层侵彻过载的实弹测试。

【Abstract】 It is of great significance for weapons warhead design and protection engineering design.to acquire the multi-layer penetration overload. In this paper, multi-layer overload memorytesting techniques have been studied from the following aspects.(1) A projectile penetrating three-layer plate is simulate based on numerical simulationmethod by LS-DYNA, from which analysis of the penetration process and the characteristicsof multi-layer penetration overload is given; By analysis of equivalent model of theacceleration sensor, the composition and characteristics of the measured overload signal wereexplicated,which provides a theoretical basis for the signal acquisition system design anddata processing. Combined analysis of the measuring environment, test system designspecifications and design principles were given to determine the overall design.(2) According to the identified test program, the hardware circuits of the multi-layerpenetration test system is designed.(3) From the aspects of the mechanical structure design, circuit module encapsulationtechnology, the buffer isolation technology to study the restraint-high overloads technologyunder the environment of multi-layer penetration. A buffer structure that combinedthin-walled steel pipe with aluminum foam is designed for the buffer protection of on-boardcircuit module, and the air gun is employed to verify the multi-cushioning properties ofdesigned buffer structure, and it’s proved that the designed buffer can protect the circuitmodule under the environment of multi-layer penetration.(4) The host computer software of the test system is programmed based on LabVIEW,which accomplish the tasks that communicate with the overload measuring equipment, dataprocessing and analysis. Finally, a overall test is accomplished to verify the reliability of the test system. And thewhole trajectory overload data of the penetration of multi-layered concrete is successfullymeasured in a range, and the measured data is processed on the host computer softwaredeveloped in this paper. It shows that the overload measured by the measurement systemagrees well with the actual cases. It is demonstrated that the storage measurement technologyof multi-layer penetration overloads studied in this paper can be applied for multi-layerpenetration live-fire test.
