【摘要】 某弹上存储测试系统由多种传感器、多个采编器、多个数据记录器、及配电装置组成。本论文研究多记录器并行测试监控技术。研制的测试监控设备，一方面完成存储测试系统研制过程中的功能、性能测试；另一方面在飞行试验后读出记录的飞行工况数据并分析，进行故障定位，为故障部件的改进或优化设计提供依据。根据存储测试系统的任务要求、技术指标及监控台在存储测试系统中的功能，提出了监控台实现并行测试的设计方案。分析了数据传输接口的特性，设计了相互独立的通信接口，以RS-422异步串行方式传输指令和数据，确保并行测试过程中各通道之间不干扰。通过对长线传输干扰抑制技术的研究，调整解码电平采样的初始时刻，避免了信号长线传输后竞争冒险现象的发生，保证了长线传输数据的准确性；通过比较光纤、同轴、双绞线三种传输介质，结合存储测试系统数据传输物理层对传输介质的要求，采用双绞线作为传输介质；针对并行测试的特点，设计了数据、指令的通信协议，协议中约定了传输数据和通信指令的帧格式、帧标志来保障通信正确。通过对研制的测试监控设备功能、性能测试和系统试验，给出了测试结果，结果表明研制的测试监控设备满足设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Storage test system by a variety of sensors, multiple collecting-and-categorizing device,more data recorder, and distribution device component. This thesis research parallel test manyrecorder monitoring technology, on the one hand, the developed test monitoring equipmentcomplete storage test system in the developing process of the function, performance testing;On the other hand read out record flight condition after the flight test data and analysis, faultlocation, provides the basis for failure components for improve or optimize the design.According to mission requirements and technical specifications of the storage test system,and function of the monitoring stations in the storage test system, propose the overall designof the monitoring station achieving parallel test. Analysis of the characteristics of the datatransfer interface，design independent of each other communication interface，transferinstructions and data to the RS-422 asynchronous serial mode，to ensure that each channeldoes not interfere with in parallel the testing process. By researching on long-termtransmission interference suppression techniques，adjust the decoding level sampling initialtime，to avoid signal the phenomenon of competition and adventure，ensure the accuracy ofthe long-term transmission data. By comparative optical fiber, coaxial, twisted pair, threetransmission media, combined with requirements of the storage test system data transmissionphysical layer transmission medium, use twisted pair as transmission medium. For thecharacteristics of the parallel test, design data, instructions communication the agreedagreements, stipulated in the agreement, the frame format for transmission of data andcommunication instruction frame flag to protect the communication is correct.Through the research of the monitoring equipment to test performance testing andfunction, system test, the test results are given, and the results show that the developed testmonitoring equipment to meet the design requirements.更多还原
