王选的创新人才思想研究

【摘要】 当前中国正处于从制造大国向创新大国转型的重要时期,面临着工业产品的科技含量和创新性不足、高层次创新人才缺乏等问题,亟需创新人才的相关理论研究作为支撑来培育创新型人才以提升我国的创新水平。王选是我国具有代表性的创新人才,他不仅作为创新人才获得了极其重大的成功,而且还竭力支持他身边的创新人才。王选在其自主创新实践工作中,对创新人才的相关问题进行了深刻的思考。系统研究王选的创新人才思想无疑能丰富和深化适合我国国情的创新人才理论。本文依托已有的相关人才理论,通过深入分析研究,从技术经济视角,试图概括王选的创新人才思想。即以创新人才的培养、团队、绩效和激励为具体内容的思想。本文主体部分就从这四个方面予以探索。第一是王选的创新人才培养思想研究。王选关注于创新人才的品性形成和能力提升这两个作为创新人才的必备项。品性形成主要针对于创新人才的创新思维、精神和品德,这既继承了传统的人才教育观,又富有王选特色,如“做一个好人”的品德标准。同时,能力提升主要针对于创新人才的知识和实践两个方而,相辅相成,应增强知识和实践的联动作用。第二是王选的创新人才团队思想研究。王选致力于为创新人才提供机构支持,以及发展创新人才的团队协作。创新人才进行创新活动往往需依附于机构,并且具有支持创新活动实力并能够成功获得创新产出的机构总是集中于少数几家。因此创新人才与相关机构的双向选择及有效配合,才能使双方均获得最优反馈。而在创新过程中,王选以其团队精神,指导并实践了创新人才团队协作的重要性。第三是王选的创新人才绩效思想研究。王选就项目选题和产学研一体化提出了其独到的见解。他作为科技产业的创新人才,非常注重国外情报的获取,再结合本国国情进行选题。同时,作为具有市场眼光的科学家,王选一直努力使科技创新转化为生产力,提出了“顶天立地”的模式。这就为创新人才的绩效评价提供一个主要方向,即创新产品是否能够市场化。最后是王选的创新人才激励思想研究。王选从物质和精神两个方向探讨创新人才的激励各有特色。就物质激励而言,王选提出要为创新人才给足钱,保障工作环境和生活条件,使创新人才没有“后顾之忧”,集中精力创新。就精神激励而言,王选在协助创新人才制定挑战性目标的基础上,特别提出了要放手让创新人才做事并激发其“成就感”,以此保证创新人才的创新热情,获得持续性的创新产出。王选的创新人才思想对我国培养造就创新人才和进一步提高我国创新能力具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 China is now in a manufacturing country to innovation country transition, facing some problems such as the products of industry and technology in innovative deficiency, lack of high-level innovative talents. It is urgent to innovative talents of the relevant theoretical research as a support to cultivate innovative talents to improve the level of innovation of our country.Wang Xuan is the representative of the innovative talents, he not only as an innovative talent gained great success, but also to support his side of the innovative talents greatly. Wang Xuan had thought deeply on innovative talents related issues when he was in the independent innovation practice. By systematic studying Wang Xuan’s thought of innovative talents can undoubtedly enrich and deepen the theory of innovation talents that suitable for the national conditions of our country. On the basis of existing relevant talent theory, through in-depth analysis and study, from technical economy angle, I try to summarize Wang Xuan’s thought of innovative talents. It is based on the cultivation, team, performance and incentive of innovative talents for the specific content. The main part of this paper is exploring from the four aspects.The first is Wang Xuan’s thought of training innovative talents. Wang Xuan pays attention to innovation talents’character formation and lifting capacity of the two as innovative talents’necessary items. Character formation is mainly on innovative talents of innovative thinking, the spirit and virtue, which continued in the traditional view on talents, but contains features, such as "to be a good person" moral standards. And ability promoting is mainly on the knowledge and practice of innovative personnel which to complement each other. So we should strengthen the knowledge and practice of interaction.Second is Wang Xuan’s thought of the innovation talents team. Wang Xuan is committed to innovative talents to provide institutional support, as well as the development of innovation talent team. Innovative talents carry out innovation activities tended to be attached to the institution. And the institutions which have the strength of supporting innovation and obtaining innovation output successfully are always concentrated in a handful of. So the innovation talents with relevant organizations of the two-way choice and cooperate effectively can make both sides to obtain the optimal feedback. In the process of innovation, the team spirit of Wang Xuan was the guidance and practice of innovative talents that make the importance of team work. Third is Wang Xuan’s thought of the innovation talents performance. Wang Xuan put forward the original opinion on project selection and integration of production, study and research. As industry of science and technology innovation talented person, Wang Xuan was very focused on foreign intelligence acquisition, and combined with national conditions to make the topic. At the same time, as a market vision scientist, Wang Xuan had been trying to make innovation of science and technology into productivity, and put forward the mode of "Ding Tian Li Di". This also provides a main direction for innovative talents benefits evaluation, namely the innovation products to market.The last is Wang Xuan’s thought of incentiving innovation talents. Wang Xuan explored the incentive of innovation talents from the material and spirit direction that was various characteristic. On the material incentive, Wang Xuan proposed to innovative talents for money, ensured work environment and living conditions, which made innovation talents could focus on innovation without "any menace from the rear ". About spiritual motivation, Wang Xuan assisted in the innovation talented person to develop challenging targets. Based on that, he put emphasis on innovative talents autonomy and to stimulate their "accomplishment". It is in order to ensure the innovation talented person’s enthusiasm for innovation for obtaining continuous innovation output.Wang Xuan’s ideological system of technological innovation must have significant meaning of direction to cultivate innovative talents and improve the innovation ability of our country.
