通信电源维护管理平台系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 鉴于通信运营商电源动力系统维护的现状,动力设备类型众多、型号复杂。多年的通信高速发展,尤其是边设计、边施工,没有长期规划,造成动力系统复杂的局面,给维护带来了众多不利因素。因此有必要开发一套通信电源维护管理平台系统软件,来实现对全省电源系统的电子化集中管理,提高维护效率,减少电源系统障碍,缩短障碍历时。本课题就是为全省电源专业实现集中管理建立一个平台。通过平台的建立,能够及时发现并整改供电安全隐患,提高网络运行安全。本平台可以起到如下作用:实现全网设备集中管理;实现维护工作电子化;平台中能够体现局站的设备布局情况、设备关联情况、供电路由等内容,并以图型的形式表现;平台中每一个设备都可以保存对应的使用说明书、使用流程等内容;能够体现不同设备的备品备件的型号、板号等信息;可以对系统中的所有设备及运行状况信息进行统计、查询等操作;等等。在本课题中,本人负责软件设计部分的工作。如前述,将采用软件工程的SD方法对包括用户管理、局点管理、拓扑图管理、统计查询、备品备件、系统帮助等功能模块进行设计。目标是课题小组中的具体编码人员能够根据本人的设计直接进行代码编写。除了软件设计的主要工作外,还承担了部分系统调研、可行性研究、需求分析以及系统测试维护等工作。通过对本系统运行效果的分析,可以看到本系统对电源管理维护工作确实起到很大的作用,对节能减排工作做到有力的支持。

【Abstract】 Cause of the current status of telecommunication power supply maintainance, it is necessary to establish a system of power supply maintainance and management. So we can realize the centralized management of whole province power supply. And so we can improve the maintainance efficency, reduce the faults of power supply system, shorten the faults period. This project’s goal is to establish a platform to implenment the centralized management of whole province power supply. We can found and correct the hidden danger in time, and so improve the network safety.The platform can do these works:centralized management of whole network equipments; computerized maintainance work; we can know the equipments layout, equipments relations, power supply routes from the platform, and these information will be showed as figure; the platform can save every equipment’s manual and help file; we can know the type and serial number of every spare part; we can make statistic and query about the running information of all equipments; etc.In the project, I am incharge of the work of software designing. As mentioned above, we will design the function modules using SD method. The modules include:users management, stations management, topu chart management, statistic and query, spare parts management, system help, etc. The goal is that the coders of the group can code directly according my design. In addition to the design work, I also do some work about system researching, feasibility researching, requirement researching and system testing.Through the analysis of the system running effect, we can find out that the system plays a big role for power supply maintainance and management, and it does strong support for energy saving work.
