【摘要】 中国大学生就业问题日趋严重。本研究对北京4所高校的100多名新疆籍少数民族大学毕业生进行了调查,目的在于了解在当前严峻的就业形势下,新疆籍少数民族毕业生在就业意向上存在的问题及其影响因素,结合国家目前试行的西部大开发政策和鼓励大学毕业生到基层工作的优惠政策,提出了从政府、学校以及个人等三个方面来解决新疆籍少数民族大学毕业生的就业问题并提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment of College Students in China is worsening. In this study, the four schools in Beijing more than 100 minority college graduates in Xinjiang membership conducted a survey aimed at understanding the current severe employment situation, the minority nationality in Xinjiang intention of occupation and its impact on the problem factors, combined with the western countries, the development of the current pilot policies and encourage college graduates to work in the preferential primary, raised from government, schools and individuals to address the three aspects of minority nationality in Xinjiang employment of university graduates and make countermeasures.更多还原
