【摘要】 三网融合使得整个媒体生态发生了巨大的转变,如新闻信息源结构的重组、媒介组织结构融合、受众的数字化生存、新闻生产方式的转型等。电视作为一种视觉文化传播的主要媒体,在三网融合不断发展的语境下,逐渐显现出新的传播形态和新的传播特征。在传播形态方面,出现了诸如网络电视台、互动电视、互联网电视、智能电视、云媒体电视等多种形式；在传播特征方面,呈现出传播时空的拓展、传播形态的数字化、传播渠道的多元化、传播接受的互动性、注重视觉包装,营造视觉冲击等。然而,在三网融合的技术变革过程中,电视媒介的视觉传播也存在一些误区,如过分依赖媒介技术,轻视内容建设；为形式而形式,流于肤浅主义；新闻的震惊诉求与视觉奇观等,这都是电视媒介在三网融合过程中所应当引起注意和警惕的。在一个全新的媒介融合时代,媒介技术的发展和媒介形式的融合使得媒体必须采取新的发展创新策略,拓展自己的生存空间。这方面的措施主要有：树立新闻设计理念,实现内容结构再造；创新组织结构,完善体制改革；提升电视服务水平,加快内容平台建设；建设现代传播体系,实现跨媒介传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 The whole media environment has undergone tremendous changes for network convergence.
