肠衣测量机的设计及关键技术研究

【摘要】 肠衣测量机是专门用来测量肠衣长度的设备,可自动测量猪肠衣,羊肠衣和牛肠衣的长度,应用领域很广,但国内并没有相应设备,而进口设备价格昂贵,缺乏技术支持。目前,国内肠衣生产厂家进行肠衣测量时多为工人手工测量,测量效率低,误差大,并且由于肠衣在流通中无统一测量工具,交易双方极易因测量肠衣长度不一致引起纠纷,面对自动测量肠衣的客观市场需求,研发了肠衣测量机。本文主要研究内容是肠衣测量机机械系统的设计制造与测控系统的研发工作。机械结构主要包括箱体、控制头、防护罩、驱动轮和测长轮五部分。测控系统采用PLC、触摸屏和电机驱动器等元器件,实现了整机的稳定、可靠、操作简单方便。论文主要做了如下几方面工作:1.综合市场调研,按照委托单位任务书要求,研究确定了肠衣测量机的总体设计方案。2.解决肠衣长度测量中打滑和误差较大的关键技术问题,设计了灵活转动的拨动开关,驱动轮表面设计成齿形凹槽,利用SolidWorks工程软件建立肠衣测量机各零部件的3D模型,分析运动部件之间的相对关系,在计算机上对肠衣测量机进行运动模拟,并制定出装配路线,设计了装配动画。3.选用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为核心控制器,以保证整个系统在控制过程中的高精度、高稳定和高可靠性。使用组态软件,在触摸屏上呈现简约直观的用户界面,操作方便适合操作者使用。4.在机械机构和控制系统的软硬件设计完成后,对肠衣测量机进行了试制,经厂家试用,达到预期的设计要求。肠衣测量机设计新颖、性能可靠,测量的肠衣长度可精确到1厘米,实现了精确测量和自动测量。肠衣测量机的成功研发,填补了我国肠衣市场无肠衣长度测量设备的空白,有助于我国肠衣测量方面的标准化,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值。

【Abstract】 Casing measuring machine is designed to measure the length of casing,this machine can be used on hog, sheep and beef casings. The field of application is broad,while there is no the corresponding equipment in the domestic. The imported equipment is very expensive, lacking of technical support. At present, workers in the domestic casing manufacturers measure the casing by manual measuring in most situations , the efficiency is low and it brings measurement error. Because the casing does not have unified measuring tool, both parties are easy to cause disputes for the metrical length is not consistent. For meeting the objective market demands of the auto-measure of casing, the topic group independently developed casing measuring machine.The main research content of the paper is the mechanical system design and manufacture, and the control system research and development. The mechanical structure mainly includes body, head, shield, driving wheel and measuring wheel. By combining PLC, touch screen and motor driver as the control system, we increase the stability, reliability of the system.Here is the following work mainly:Firstly,the market demands and the requirements of manufacturers, the whole structure plan of the casing measuring machine is drown up in this paper. Secondly, in order to overcome the slip and errors in the measurement of the length of the casing, tooth groove and toggle switch of measuring wheel have been designed. 3D model of every spare part of the casing measuring machine was set up using SolidWorks project software.Meantime,the relative relation between the movement parts is analyzed.Then,the entire machine assembly body model is established,the interference examination and the assembly sequence rationally was made.And assembly animation is produced.Thirdly, in order to guarantee the control process with high precision, high stability and high reliability. Through the configuration software, user interface shows simple and intuitive, and the operator is convenient to use.Fourthly, when the mechanical and control system software and hardware design is completed, the casing measuring machine was installed and tested, The practical application results show that the system has attained its design requirements.Casing measuring machine has a novel design and a reliable function. The length of the casings can be controlled to within 1 cm, It realizes the automatic and accurate measure. The success of casing measuring machine fills the gap while there is no related measuring equipment about casing. It would contribute to casings market standardization and it has good values of practicality and spread.
