【摘要】 中小企业集合债券作为解决中小企业融资难的途径之一正日益受到关注。本文通过对国内现有发行模式的比较分析,针对发行主体、担保模式和政府定位等问题提出建议,如发行主体可从同一行政区内的两个产业园中选取、担保方式上可由上下游大型企业提供一级担保、多家担保公司联合提供二级担保等。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the financing themods of SMEs, set bond has attracted increasing attention. This article studies the current issuance modes of SME-Set Bonds in China and gives suggestions concerning originators, guarantee mode and role of government.E.g.the orignators may be selected from two industry parks in one administrative region.The guarantee mode may be constituted of guarantee from large enterprises from up-and downstream industries and re-guarantee from severals guarantee companies.更多还原
