基于CCP协议的电控发动机标定系统开发

【摘要】 随着社会的进步,人们对汽车的要求越来越高,除了在性能方面日趋智能之外,在排放标准上很多国家也制定了相关的标准。电控技术是降低发动机排气污染,提高动力性和经济性的最重要手段,所以其研究一直受到开发人员的高度重视。而电控单元中发动机的各个参数直接决定了整个发动机的动力性,经济性等各项指数,参数的初始化和参数的调整优化是由标定系统来完成的。标定系统是标定人员的工具,是直接的人机交互手段,功能完善且灵活方便的标定软件对整个电控系统的开发起到事半功倍的效果。本文针对目前在国外比较权威的ASAP标准,以及其中功能较完善、规范的CCP协议设计出了一套针对电控发动机的标定系统。该系统主要分为三个部分,即数据处理模块、上位机标定平台、通信模块。在数据处理模块中,主要是对ASAP标准的A2l文档进行了解析,解析出发动机里面各个参数的各项属性。然后设计了具有通用性的上位机标定平台,主要包括三个部分,即工程管理器、A2l编辑器、工作区间。通过该平台选择测量发动机参数时,可以方便的读取底层ECU中的各个参数。选择标定发动机参数时,可以根据实际情况修改相应的参数,然后下载到ECU中,以修正发动机中的参数。同时,A2l编辑器可以添加或删除发动机变量。为了保证系统的通用性,标定型ECU(电子控制单元)选型时综合考虑了对多种型式发动机进行控制时ECU所需具备的功能。在上位机与底层电控单元通信方面,采用国际通用的CCP作为ECU和上位机的通信协议,由于CCP是基于地址通信,可以极大的提高系统的扩展性和通用性。最后,研究了智能标定,分析了智能优化标定的方法,为将来的标定系统发展作了理论基础。

【Abstract】 As society grows and technology advances,people are increasingly demanding the car, in addition to becoming more intelligent in terms of performance required in addition,many countries have formulated relevant standards in Emission standards.As electronics is regarded as one of the most important method for reducing the exhaust emissions and improving the power performance and economical efficiency,people pay more and more attention to the development and study of engine electronic control technology.Whether the parameters are calibrated well determines the engine’s performance to a great extend.It is essential in the course of developing of the engine.A multifunctional,flexible and convenient calibration software system plays an important role to the development of all the electronically controlled system.Aiming at the overseas authoritative ASAP criterion and the CCP which is multifunctional and canonical inside it,a new calibration system for electronically controlled engine is developed.The system is mainly composed of data processing module,the calibration platform software and communication convert module.In the data processing module,Firstly,we mainly analysed the A21 documen which are based on the ASAP standard, and parsed out the every parameter inside the engine.Secondly,designed a versatile PC calibration platform, which includes three parts that is namely, engineering manager, A2l editor and workspace.It’s easy to read each parameter in the bottom of ECU when we measure the engine parameters by the platform.Also,we can modify the parameters according to the actual situation,and then download to ECU,in oder to fix the parameters of the engine.At the same time,A2l editor can add or remove the engine variables. In the PC and the underlying electronic control unit communications,CCP is used as the communication protocol of ECU and PC machine.At the same time, the scalability and versatility of systme is greatly improved because of CCP’s address-based communications.Also,intelligent calibration system is studied,then intelligent and optimal calibration method is analysed,which plays a basic role in the theory development of calibration system later.
