RFID阅读器在基于SAW传感器的TPMS中的研究与应用

【摘要】 轮胎性能的好坏会直接影响汽车的性能,而安装汽车轮胎压力监测系统(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,简称TPMS)可做到实时监控轮胎的气压,保障汽车行驶的安全性。但由于汽车运动时轮胎处在高速旋转的状态下,这就给轮胎定位和数据测量带来很大的挑战。本文提出了一种基于RFID技术的阅读器,通过和电子标签通信,可以实现汽车轮胎的定位。本文首先介绍了无源TPMS系统和RFID技术的发展及其在国内外的研究现状,接着介绍了基于声表面波传感器的TPMS系统和RFID系统工作原理以及对超高频频段射频识别ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type A、Type B、Type C三种协议进行了分析和比较,随后介绍了嵌入式系统的设计原则、处理器的选择及各种嵌入式操作系统的优缺点,最终选择了三星公司的S3C2440A芯片和Windows CE嵌入式操作系统搭建了阅读器的软硬件平台。本课题重点给出了阅读器软、硬件的设计方案、工作原理和流程。在硬件方面给出了以S3C2440A为核心的阅读器总体设计和各模块的设计电路,主要包括处理器最小系统、射频读写模块、显示模块、串口通信模块和电源模块等。在软件方面完成了Windows CE嵌入式操作系统的定制和移植、以及基于Windows CE的应用软件的开发等工作,对RFID标签防碰撞算法-二进制搜索算法和基于二进制搜索算法的后退式索引算法进行了详细的分析,并完成了阅读器读写电子标签的测试工作。经测试,阅读器读写电子标签功能达到了预期的效果。最后,对本文所做工作进行了总结,并对汽车轮胎压力监测系统未来的研究方向进行了探讨和展望。

【Abstract】 The performance of tire plays an important role of automobile’s performance. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) can monitor tire pressure real-time and guarantee the safety of automobile driving. However, the tire location and data measurement is a great challenge when vehicle is moving.The paper presents a reader based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, which can locate the tire and read the data of pressure and temperature of the tire by communicating with the tag.The paper firstly introduces the development of the passive TPMS system and RFID technology and the research situation of domestic and oversea. Then the TPMS system based on SAW sensor and the theorem of RFID system is introduced. The protocol of UHF RFID ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type A, Type B and Type C is analyzed and compared. The design principle of embedded system, processor selection and the advantages and disadvantages of various embedded operating systems is presented. Finally, the chip of SAMSUNG S3C2440A and EOS of Windows CE is choosed to build the hardware and software platform of the reader.This paper focuses on the design, theorem and work process of the software and hardware of the reader. The whole hardware design based on S3C2440A and the circuit of each module is stated which include the minimum system of processor, reader module, display module, serial communication module, power module etc. The paper has completed the customization and migration of Windows CE embedded operating system and the design of application software based on Windows CE. RFID tag anti-collision algorithm–Binary-tree search algorithm and algorithm of backtracking based on Binary-tree search algorithm is analyzed in detail. The test of reading and writing RFID tag has been completed and the desired result is achieved.In the end, the work in the paper is summarized, and the future research of TPMS is discussed and prospected.
