2~6GHz超宽带同轴环行器建模、仿真及研制

【摘要】 本文着重介绍了2~6GHz超宽带同轴环行器的理论研究建模、仿真以及研制,通过对微波介质、旋磁基片嵌套工艺技术的研究、对微波介质、旋磁基片嵌套构成的谐振结设计技术研究以及对超宽带多级阻抗匹配电路设计技术研究、对宽温补偿磁路设计技术的研究,形成理论设计。并通过HFSS软件建立2~6GHz超宽带同轴环行器仿真、优化模型,进行超宽带环行器谐振结的高频电磁场仿真优化设计;运用Maxwell软件对2~6GHz超宽带同轴环行器所需的静磁场(包括永磁体、磁路、磁温补偿片)的仿真优化,同时将仿真的磁场再次在HFSS软件中代入用HFSS进行求解,重复此过程,直到仿真结果满足设计要求,得到满意的2~6GHz超宽带同轴环行器电性能指标。其性能指标如下:频率范围:2~6GHz插入损耗:≤1.0dB隔离度:≥13dB驻波:≤1.6尺寸:≤41mm×41mm×17mm(不含连接器)工作温度:-40~+70℃在设计中解决了的三个关键技术有:超宽带多级阻抗变化匹配电路设计技术、旋磁基片、微波介质嵌套复合基片设计技术、旋磁基片、微波介质嵌套复合基片工艺技术。在设计中对多级旋磁基片、微波陶瓷嵌套复合基片设计技术进行了创新;同时对旋磁基片、微波介质嵌套复合基片工艺技术也进行了创新。

【Abstract】 This thesis emphasizes on introducing the theory research of 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator,based on the research of microwave dielectric、craftwork techniques of embedding for various gyromagnetic substrate,the designation of resonance composed with microwave dielectric and various gyromagnetic substrate embedding,and based on the research of designation techniques for super wideband multi-stage impedance matching circuit, the designation techniques for wide temperature range compensation magnetic circuit,and eventually got the theory designation. This paper establishes the simulation and optimization models of 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator by using the HFSS software,and simulates and optimizes the high frequency electric-magnetic field of super-wideband circulator resonance;Then uses the Maxwell software to simulate and optimize the static magnetic (including permanent magnetic,magnetic circuit,magnetic-temperature compensation ) required by 2~6GHz super-wideband coaxial circulator.
