基于.NET的新疆基础教育资源库管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的发展、普及与应用,出现了以网络为基础的在线学习,网络教学资源库建设从而成为数字化校园建设的核心内容。校园网络教学资源库作为教育资源建设的重要内容,能够为教学提供良好的网络学习环境,网络教学资源库是促进信息技术与课程整合的关键要素,是学校进行网络化教学的基础和前提,是远程教育质量保证的重要环节。然而,大多数网络教学资源库的建设工作繁重而庞杂,更新维护工作耗时费力,很多网络教学资源库的建设、管理、维护和使用情况并不理想。因此研究和探索网络教学资源库的建设和应用,对如何提高教育资源的质量,为师生提供更加便利的网络化教学资源服务具有重要意义。本文在分析了目前新疆中小学资源建设现状和正在开展的“双语教学”活动的基础上,发现现有的新疆中小学教育资源库存在着一些弊端,主要表现为:缺乏对教学资源良好的管理、缺乏统一的标准、缺乏良好的组织和难以实现共享等问题,影响了资源库在学校教育工作中作用的发挥。一个健全、完整、适合新疆基础教育的教育资源网是目前新疆众多中小学校所迫切要解决的问题。笔者根据所在学校的实际需求,以《教育资源建设技术规范》为依托,在校园局域网中设计与开发了教学资源库的资源管理系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development, popularization and application of the computer network technology, a web-based online learning came into being. So the network teaching resource construction becomes the core part of the digital campus construction. As an important content of the internet educational resources construction, the web-based teaching resources database can provide a good online learning environment for teaching. It is also the key factor to promote the integration of the information technology and curriculum integration, the basis and premise to conduct the network-based teaching and the important segment to assure the quality of the distance education. However, most of the construction work is very tough and complex. Meanwhile, the updating and maintenance work is quite time-consuming so that many constructions, management, maintenance and service condition of the resources database aren’t quite ideal. So it is very necessary for improving the quality of educational resources and affording better supporting services that researching and exploring how to construct and apply web-based instructional resources database.Based on the analysis of the current resources construction and the ongoing“bilingual teaching”activities in Xinjiang’s primary schools, the thesis aims to reveal some drawbacks existing in the teaching resources database of Xinjiang primary and secondary schools. The drawbacks are as follows: the lack in a good management to teaching resources, a lack in unified standards, a lack in a good organization and the difficulty to realize the resources sharing. All of these have strong impact on the function of the database in teaching.
