B汽车站装饰工程项目团队建设研究

【摘要】 在一个工程项目的建设过程中,人的因素是处于核心地位的,一个不完善的团队肯定会影响整个工程项目的进展。但是,传统的管理模式往往会抑制成员的积极性和创造性,很难满足现代项目管理发展的需要。所以整个项目团队的建设和管理就越发重要起来,只有打造一支分工合理、意识优良、士气高昂、技术精湛的项目团队,才能优质、高效的达成项目目标。本文回顾了国内外团队建设的一些理论研究成果,并对这些理论的实施现状进行了一定的分析,探讨了团队建设工作的要点。并通过以B汽车站装饰工程这一具体项目为实际研究对象,采取调查研究、实例分析等方法,研究分析了团队建设过程中存在的实际问题,阐述了本项目团队建设的有利因素和不利因素,描述了团队提升的主要思路。在实际研究过程中,本文同时兼顾团队的特点和工程本身的特点,大量运用现代项目管理理论、团队建设理论、组织行为学理论和人力资源管理理论等知识有针对性的、系统性的进行分析,针对B汽车站装饰工程提出了一些项目团队建设的方法:(1)用更符合现代项目管理思想的矩阵型组织结构代替旧的职能型组织结构。(2)从培训环境改善、人事制度改革、建立职业发展规划三个方面出发,建立符合本项目管理特点的团队激励模式。(3)针对项目特点,确立一套合适的沟通模式。(4)建立文化建设管理程序。

【Abstract】 In the course of building a project, the human factor is at the heart of an imperfect team will certainly affect the progress of the whole project. However, traditional management tends to suppress the enthusiasm and creativity of the members, it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern project management. Therefore, the construction of the project team and management up to more and more important, only to create a reasonable division of labor, good sense of high morale and skilled project team to high quality, efficient achievement of project objectives.This paper reviews the theory of international team-building some of the research results, and the status of implementation of these theories, some analysis carried out to explore the elements of team building. B bus station through to the decoration of specific projects for the actual object of study, taking research, case analysis and other methods of analysis of the process of team building practical problems, the project team explained the favorable and unfavorable factors, describes the main ideas to enhance the team. In the actual course of the study, the characteristics of this team, and taking into account the characteristics of the project itself, extensive use of modern project management theory, team building theory, theory of organizational behavior and human resource management theory and other knowledge of targeted, systemic analysis, for the B bus decoration works construction project team made a number of ways:(1) more in line with the thinking of modern project management to replace the old matrix organization structure, functional organization structure.(2) improvement from the training environment, the personnel system reform, starting in three aspects of career development planning, and establishing the characteristics of the project management team incentive model.(3) features for the project to establish an appropriate mode of communication.(4) management procedures established culture.
