脉冲功率源控制系统设计

【摘要】 脉冲功率源(PPS)技术是当代高科技的主要基础学科之一。随着现代许多新兴科学技术的发展,如可控核聚变、强激光、高能电子、粒子加速、新型武器等促使脉冲功率源技术得到快速发展。影响脉冲功率源稳定、可靠工作的因素很多,其中之一是可靠的脉冲功率源控制系统。本课题在分析了脉冲功率源工作原理的基础之上,结合现有的实验项目设备,首先确定了主从方式的控制结构,选择基于光纤传输形式的CAN总线作为控制系统与电源模块间的信息交互方式。在总方案确定后,制定了相应的软件程序和整个控制系统的通信协议,总控制器的设计以ARM9为基础,设计了相应的硬件平台,编写了CAN驱动程序,完成了Linux操作系统的裁剪与移植,采用Qtopia软件设计了整个控制界面。电源模块(前端)控制采集器以C8051F060为基础,设计了电容放电电压、电流的采集电路,外部存储电路,充电机控制电路,晶闸管触发电路,光电转换电路等。通过实际试验表明,系统的可靠性高,实时性好,操作方便,实现了对脉冲功率源的控制,测得的放电时电压,电流数据具有非常高的可信度。

【Abstract】 The Pulse Power Source (PPS) technology is one of the main basic sciences of new high-tech. With the development of many new sciences, the PPS technology can be used in many aspects, such as controlled nuclear fusion, laser, high energy electrons, particle acceleration, new weapons and so on.These requirements making the PPS technology developed rapidly.There are many factors affecting the stability and reliability of PPS’s working, one of which is a reliable PPS control system. In this topic, the overall design of the PPS control system is proposed after analyzing the principle of the existing experiment equipments. Deciding to use CAN bus as the way of communication and use the fiber as transmission medium. The hardware platform of the head controller is designed on based of the ARM. Designed the CAN bus driver and completed the Linux operating system tailoring and transplantation. The Whole control interface has been designed by Qtopia. The main chip of front-end collecting control equipment is C8051F060. The circuit of data collection of high voltage and high current, charger control, thyristor trigger and external storage are designed. The corresponding software program and the whole control system communication protocol are designed after the hardware circuits are finished.Through the actual experiments, the properties such as reliable and real time of PPS control system have been proved and the system’s operating is very convenient. The important information of the system has been detected.
