U型直接蓄热煅烧窑的设计与研究

【摘要】 本文根据鹤壁市金属镁生产行业的生产实际,针对金属镁生产线“源头”的生产特点,在传统煅烧设备的基础上,通过生产现场跟踪试验,对现有设备进行改造,开发满足用户使用要求、适合金属镁还原条件、技术先进、性能合理的新型煅烧窑。本课题针对回转窑生产设备占地面积大、基础建设投资高和传统煅烧竖窑在煅白煅烧过程中存在的诸多不确定因素,不能保证煅烧成品煅白的质量问题,在现场跟踪试验的基础上,对煅烧窑的结构进行改造。在瑞典麦尔兹窑的设计基础上,设计了两个在底部相连通的窑筒结构,继承了传统竖窑占地面积小的优点;在窑体的内部附加上了与之相匹配的窑衬、空气炮、喷枪、通过窑体外部多个显示面板进行反馈的自动控制系统。保证了窑体内部各个不同部位的温度控制,避免了白云石在煅烧过程中的生烧、欠烧情况,保证了煅白的水活化度、灼减度、烧损率等影响煅白质量的因素;设制了原料入窑前的上料系统、电磁除铁系统、除尘系统和成品出窑后的耐热皮带机、振动筛等配套系统,使煅白成品得以细分,应用到不同领域;进一步使进料和出料质量得到了保证。同时对部分装置的安装及维护进行了说明,延长了煅烧窑的使用寿命。新型煅烧窑性能良好、煅白质量符合下道还原工序要求、操作与维护简便,使生产企业大幅度提高了生产效率,降低了成本,提高了金属镁生产企业的核心竞争力。

In traditional calcining equipment on the foundation, through the production of field tracing test, to modify the existing equipment, Developed to meet user requirements, suitable for metal magnesium reducing conditions, advanced technology, reasonable performance of new type calcining kiln.The topic for the rotary kiln production equipment occupies large area, infrastructure investment is high and the traditional calcining shaft kiln in calcined dolomite calcination process in the presence of many uncertain factors, Can not guarantee the quality problem of calcined dolomite calcination, In field tracing test basis, reform the structure of the calcining kiln. In Sweden Maerz kiln design foundation, designed in two in the bottom communicated kiln structure, inherited the tradition of shaft kiln with the advantages of small floor area; In the kiln body is attached on the matching of kiln lining, air gun, spray gun, through the kiln body outer multiple display feedback to the automatic control system. Ensure the kiln body each different part of temperature control, to avoid the dolomite in the calcining process students burning, less burning condition, Ensure the calcined dolomite hydration degree, degree of loss on ignition, burning rate and influence factors of the quality of calcined dolomite; For the raw materials into the kiln before feeding system, electromagnetic iron removing system, dust removal system and finished out of kiln heat belt machine, vibrating screen and other supporting system, make the calcined dolomite product can be broken, applied to different fields; Further the infeed and outfeed guarantees the quality of. The installation and maintenance are described, prolonging the service life of the calcining kiln.New type calcining kiln calcined dolomite quality with good performance, the next reduction process requirements, operation and maintenance is simple, make production enterprises improve production efficiency greatly, reduce cost, improve the production of metal magnesium enterprises core competitiveness.
