【摘要】 随着越南经济的快速发展,市场竞争的日益加剧,越南建筑企业规模的不断扩大,建设工程项目实行总承包模式管理已成为越南工程建设国际经济一体化发展的必然趋势。虽然目前越南建设工程项目总承包模式初具雏形和规模,但是实施工程总承包模式过程中还存在着诸多问题,如何更好的对工程项目总承包模式进行有效的管理,从而更好的实现既定目标成为越南建设工程项目总承包模式发展的关键。本文以越南建设工程总承包模式为研究对象,通过对中国建设工程总承包模式发展经验的总结,结合越南的国情及越南自身建设工程总承包模式的发展现状,对越南建设工程总承包模式的选择和发展趋势进行了深入研究。本文首先阐述了研究越南建设工程总承包模式选择的背景和意义,并基于相关理论和原理的分析,确定了研究的基本思路和论文框架。其次,在分析了中越两国建设工程总承包模式的发展现状的基础上,对两国建设工程总承包模式的发展状况进行了比较分析并总结了中国工程总承包模式的发展经验。再次,本文对越南建设工程总承包企业现状及总承包企业中存在的问题进行深入分析,总结出了越南建设工程总承包模式管理的优缺点和影响因素,并提出了适合越南建设工程发展需求的建设工程总承包模式。最后,本文在优化越南建设工程总承包模式的基础上提出了模式发展的配套措施和建议。通过本文的研究,希望对越南建设工程项目总承包模式的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy, increasing market competition, construction enterprises continuously expand the scale, construction projects under an overall contract management has become a mode of construction of the international economic integration Vietnam inevitable trend of development.Although the general contracting of construction projects in Vietnam take shape and size right now, but the implementation of the construction management general contract still have many problems, how to effective management project general contracting model, how to better achieve the set It aims mode key to become general contracting construction projects in Vietnam development. In this article, general contracting model of the construction projects in Vietnam and the China Construction general contracting model of development and experience has been researched, through, combined with the situation in Vietnam and the Vietnamese mode of the development status of general contracting in Vietnam, furthermore, this article in-depth studied how to mode selection and development trend of general contracting construction projects in Vietnam.Firstly, this article describes the general contracting model background and significance of construction projects in Vietnam that is based on the theory and principles of analysis to determine the research basic mentality. Secondly, in basic on analysis Vietnam and China’s construction general contracting model current development, the article comparative Analyzed two construction projects on the development of general contracting model, and summed up the general contracting model of development experience. Again, in-depth analyzed the problems of the general contracting situation of construction companies in Vietnam and general contracting business, summed up the Vietnamese mode of construction management, general contracting and affecting factors of the advantages and disadvantages, proposed the construction general contracting model for the development needs of construction projects in Vietnam. Moreover, a proposal suitable for this corporate growth demands, based on competency model of general contracting development pattern. Finally, the article also proposes the construction general contracting model of a package of measures and recommendations of the optimal contract model in Vietnam.更多还原
