【摘要】 当前,“三农”问题已成为制约农业现代化和信息发展的瓶颈,农村落后的一个重要原因是与外部环境的信息不对称。城乡之间存在的巨大“数字鸿沟”,加大了农村社会经济的发展成本。实施以信息带动城镇化、实现国民经济跨越式发展战略,必须加快农村信息建设,完善信息开发服务。因此,本论文立足于新农村建设下的农村信息服务,围绕农村网吧信息服务与开发,结合调查数据进行分析研究农村网吧信息服务存在的问题及其原因分析。最后有针对性提出解决存在问题的对策。本论文共分为六部分。第一部分,是绪论,主要论述农村信息服务建设的背景,政策,选题缘由,研究目的和意义,研究内容和方法；第二部分,是农村网吧信息服务的相关概念的界定；第三部分,国内外农村网吧信息开发服务现状分析；第四部分,以常州地区农村网吧的信息服务为例进行分析,第五部分,促进农村网吧信息服务改善的对策；第六部分,结语与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the ’three agricultural’ issues have become restricting Agricultural Modernization and informatization development bottlenecks, rural backward is one of the main reasons and external environment of information asymmetry. Between urban and rural areas there exist huge’digital divide’, and it will increase the costs of rural social economy development. Implementation of informatization spurs urbanization, and realization of the national economy great-leap-forward development strategy, which may greatly accelerate the rural informatization construction, improve informatization development service. Therefore, based on the new rural construction of rural informatization services, the paper mainly describes the status and functions of internet cafes around rural information service and development, based on a survey and data analysis on rural information service of Internet cafes users。It also puts forward some major existing problems and analyses reasons. Finally, the important countermeasures have been suggested to solve the mentioned problems.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is mainly to introduce the background, construction of rural informatization service, policy, reasons for choosing the topic, the research purpose and meaning, and the research content and methods. The second part is rural information service of Internet cafes and relative concept definition. The third part describes the current situation of domestic and foreign rural information service net cafes. The fourth part provides a case study of Changzhou rural Internet cafes to better explain the advantages and experiences of the rural informatization net cafe services as well as the main problems and reasons. The fifth part presents some countermeasures and suggestions in rural net cafe information services. The last part is epilogue and looking forward into the future.更多还原
