废旧气体放电灯资源化回收利用技术研究

【摘要】 气体放电灯已经成为市场的主流照明产品,由于其节能的特性成为政府在节能减排中主要推广的产品,气体放电灯中汞作为主要的填充物,目前还是应用的主流,在含汞量最少的节能灯汞含量大约5毫克,就是这5毫克汞渗入地下将造成180吨水污染。中国一年使用节能灯上亿支、金卤灯达到几千万支,如果这些灯具在使用完后之后,乱扔乱弃将对环境污染造成极大影响,它将通过金属态、有机态和无机态进入人体,危害中枢神经系统、消化系统及肾脏呼吸系统、皮肤、血液及眼睛,无机汞和有机汞都可引起染色体异常并具有致畸作用。解决气体放电灯中汞污染问题现在已经一项关乎当今以及子孙后代健康的一项中的问题,并具有紧迫的需求。因此开展本课题研究。主要研究内容包括:根据气体放电灯所含物质,汞、稀土荧光粉、玻璃和金属这4大类物质进行工艺流程设计,并进行设备选型。汞的回收采用高温吹扫和气化相结合;稀土荧光粉回收采用高温吹扫、气化和萃取;玻璃回收主要采用的破碎技术;金属回收采用筛选技术,在汞回收方面采用“切口高温吹扫法”进行详细实验,通过不同温度的设定,根据汞残留量公式来验证温度的影响;根据不同温度条件下的吹扫结果,选择最佳温度进行不同空气流量的吹扫效果实验;根据不同温度条件下的吹扫结果,选择最佳温度和最佳空气流量进行不同吹扫时间的吹扫效果实验。同时针对汞的使用提出控制建议。

【Abstract】 Gas discharge lamp lighting has become a mainstream product, due to its energy-saving features into the main government in the promotion of energy saving products, mercury gas discharge lamp as the main filler, the application is still the mainstream, at least in the amount of mercury energy-saving lamps contain about 5 milligrams of mercury, which is 5 mg of mercury into the ground will result in 180 tons of water pollution. Solve the gas discharge lamp in a mercury pollution problem has now been about a current and future generations of health problems, and have urgent needs. Therefore, to carry out this research. The main contents include:According to the substances contained in the gas discharge lamp, mercury, rare earth phosphor, glass and metal materials for the four categories of process design and selection of equipment. Recovery of mercury and high-temperature gasification combined purge; recovery of rare earth phosphors with high temperature purge, gasification and extraction; mainly broken glass recycling technology; metal recovery using filtering technology used in the recycling of mercury "hot purge incision law "for detailed experiments with different temperature settings, according to the formula for mercury residues to verify the influence of temperature; according to different temperature conditions of the purge results, choose the best temperature for different air flow purge effect experiments; according to different temperature conditions of the purge results, select the best air flow temperature and the best time to purge purge the effect of different experiments. Also made for the use of mercury control proposals.
