机电产品安全性分配模式研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,机电产品已经成为人们生产、生活中的必需品之一。然而,因为产品安全性不佳导致人员伤亡、财产损失等事件屡见不鲜。因此,如何在产品设计初期对安全性进行合理的分配,使其在可接受范围内,已经成为机电产品安全性发展的关键之处。本文在以往的产品安全性关键度及机电产品安全性量化等研究的基础上,借鉴可靠性分配的理念,提出了产品安全性分配的概念,并且建立了机电产品安全性的分配模型。首先,通过RAC对产品各事故类型进行了定性的风险评价,根据不同的事故类型后果选取不同的参数对其安全性进行分配;然后,主要利用FTA、“努力最小分配法”、安全性关键度的计算,分别对产品事故类型、最小割集、元器件危险状态进行三个层次的安全性分配;其次,在技术和经济水平的限制条件下,对安全性分配进行调整,使其更具有现实意义,形成了一套完整的机电产品安全性分配模型。最后,本文以某型号电梯为例,对机电产品安全性分配进行了应用,进而对研究成果进行了验证。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology, machinery&electrical products have become one of the necessity for life. Also, because of the poor product safety which led to casualties and property losses are a common occurrence. Therefore, How to allocate the safety of the product to an acceptable range reasonably, in the early stage of product design has become the most important to the safety of machinery&electrical product.In this paper, based on previous studies of safety quantitative model and criticality of machinery&electrical products and the concept of reliability allocation, proposed the concept of distribution of product safety and the safety allocation model for machinery&electrical products were established. Firstly, the types of mishaps were qualitatively assessed with RAC and based on the consequences of different types of accidents of different parameters selected for distribution to its safety. Secondly, applying the FTA, the Effort Minimization Algorithm and the size of safety criticality to the components to allocate the safety for the type of product mishaps, minimal cut sets and the components in hazardous state. Again, in the restriction of the economic and technological level adjusted the allocation of safety to make it more practical significant.Finally, some type of elevators as an example of the allocation model of machinery&electrical products safety has been applied, then the results of the study were verified.
