基于GPRS技术的放射源监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,放射源在工业、农业、科研、医疗等领域得到了广泛应用,但同时放射源的丢失、被盗等事故也会造成环境污染和人身伤害等问题。因此研究如何对分布范围广泛、现场环境各异的大量放射源进行实时可靠的监控具有重要的社会意义与应用价值。本文提出了一种基于GPRS技术的放射源监控系统,该系统综合应用了传感器检测技术、RFID技术、GPRS技术、网络通信技术、数据库技术和计算机控制技术等多种技术。剂量监测终端实时获取放射源辐射剂量值和位置信息,RFID阅读器读取安装在放射源底部的电子标签状态信息。现场监测数据通过GPRS发送到远程数据监控中心。当辐射剂量或者电子标签状态异常时,现场进行声光报警,同时监控中心通过GSM Modem向管理人员发送报警短信,从而实现对放射源的监控与报警。全文研究内容与创新总结如下:1)将GPRS技术应用于放射源监控系统,充分利用其连接费用低、传输速率高、接入速度快、扩展性好等特点,解决了数量众多、分布范围广的放射源监控数据接入问题;2)设计了基于IOCP机制的数据通信服务程序,解决了监控点增多后系统面临的大规模并发数据通信问题;.3)开发了放射源监控中心软件,实现了监测数据的接收、处理、显示、保存,短信报警,环保系统内部的放射源信息同步共享和用户的WEB访问等功能。该系统目前已经投入使用,运行效果良好,基本满足了环保系统对放射性污染监控的要求,有效提高了环保部门的监控管理水平和效率。

【Abstract】 With social and economic development, the radioactive sources required by nuclear technology are widely applied in industry, agriculture, scientific research, medical and other fields, while the loss and theft of radioactive sources results in environmental pollution and personal injury. Therefore, studying how to monitor a wide range and a large number of radioactive sources in different situations will bring great social meaning and application value.In this paper, a radioactive source monitoring system based on GPRS technology is put forward. This system is a smart monitoring system with integrated application of sensor and automatic detecting technology, RFID technology, GPRS technology, network communication technology, database technology and computer control technology. Radiation dose detector is used to obtain the information of radiation dose and location, RFID reader reads the status of a tag fixed on the bottom of the radioactive source. Field monitoring data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center via GPRS. There will be an audible and visual alarm when radiation dose or the state of RFID tag is abnormal, and the monitoring center will send alarming text messages through GSM Modem at the same time. Thus, the functions of monitoring and alarming are achieved. The main content and innovation of this thesis are summarized as follows:1) GPRS technology was applied to radioactive source data communication ’system, which make full use of its low cost of connection, high transmission rate, fast access speed and good expansibility, solved the problem of monitoring data access for a large number and a wide range of radioactive sources;2) A data communication program based on IOCP mechanism is designed, which solved the problem of large concurrent data flows due to the massively increasing access point;3) Radioactive sources monitoring center software is developed and functions like data receiving, processing, displaying, saving, alarming messages sending, radioactive sources information sharing among environmental protection system and Web access to the information have been achieved.The system was already in use and is running well, which meets the requirements of radioactive pollution monitoring for environmental protection system. All in all, the system has improved the monitoring level and managing efficiency of environmental protection department.
