旋转二极管故障检测新技术在无刷励磁机上的应用分析

【摘要】 旋转整流桥是无刷励磁系统的关键设备,但是对旋转整流元件故障监测的困难是制约这种励磁方式发展的障碍之一。因此,旋转整流器故障在线故障诊断技术研究具有十分重要的现实意义,有着良好的工程应用前景。本文首先简要介绍了某电厂330MW发电机组上使用的ALSTOM的旋转二极管非导通检测系统(DNC)的概况,阐述旋转二极管故障检测新技术的工程应用研究的背景和重要意义。以某电厂无刷励磁机为研究对象,从理论角度分析了旋转二极管正常和故障情况下的电枢电流波形和励磁绕组感应电势谐波,给出了波形的特征规律,与旋转整流器正常以及几种典型故障情况下的仿真结果对比完全一致。在此基础上,提出了基于励磁电流频谱分析的故障诊断方法。从硬件组成、软件原理和主要功能三个方面,详细介绍了基于励磁电流频谱分析的旋转二极管故障检测装置总体设计。该装置在某厂330MW发电机组配套无刷励磁机进行了工程应用和试验,对试验数据进行了详细分析,验证了使用该装置能够准确判断旋转整流器的正常状态、一相开路和两相开路故障,性能优于现有检测系统,为机组的安全运行提供技术保障。

【Abstract】 Brushless rotating rectifier bridge is the key equipment in the system, but rotating rectifier fault monitoring component that restricts the difficulties of the development of this exciting way to one of the obstacles. Therefore, the rotating rectifier fault line fault diagnosis technology is of great practical significance, has a good application prospect.This article first introduces a 330MW power plant to use the ALSTOM generator rotating non-conducting diode detection system (DNC) in the profile, described rotating diode fault detection application of new technologies, engineering background and significance. Brushless exciter with a power plant as the research object, from a theoretical point of view of the rotating diodes under normal and fault condi t ions and the field winding current waveform of armature EMF harmonics, given the characteristics of the waveform law, and the normal and the rotating rectifier some typical simulation results under fault conditions consistent comparison. On this basis, the proposed exci tat ion current spectrum analysis based on fault diagnosis. From the hardware, software, principles and main functions of the three aspects, detailed spectral analysis based on the rotation of the excitation current fault detector diode overall design.The device in the factory 330MW generat ing uni t s were support ing the brushless exciter and test engineering applications, the test data were analyzed to verify the use of the device to accurately determine the normal state of rotating rectifier, a phase open and two-phase open-circuit fault better performance than the current detection system for the safe operation of the unit to provide technical support.
