智能变电站高压设备智能化研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济社会的发展,世界各国的电网规模不断扩大,影响电力系统安全运行的不确定因素和潜在风险随之增加,而用户对电力供应的安全可靠性和质量要求越来越高。21世纪初,智能电网(Smart Grid)在欧美的发展,为全世界电力工业在安全可靠、优质高效、绿色环保等方面开辟了新的发展空间。国家电网公司正式公布了智能电网规划报告,包含发电、输电、变电、配电、用电和调度六个环节。智能变电站是国家电网智能电网规划的重要组成部分,智能变电站将成为未来变电站的主流,将迎来爆发式增长。高压设备是变电站的基本单元,高压设备智能化(简称智能设备)是智能变电站的重要组成部分,也是区别传统变电站的主要标志之一。目前国内外关于智能设备尚没有统一的定义和标准。在智能变电站建设的不同阶段,对智能设备的需求也不相同,一般采用“高压设备+智能组件”的模式。通过状态感知元件(传感器)对高压设备状态参量进行就地自动实时检测是高压设备智能化的基础,也是智能变电站试点建设阶段,高压设备智能化主要采用的手段,即采用常规高压设备与在线监测技术相结合的方案,实现高压设备智能化。通过500kV兰溪变智能化改造工程,阐述了高压设备智能化改造的技术路线和方案,详细论述了实现过程和技术特点,分析了高压设备智能化改造后的成效。通过实践证明,在智能电网试点阶段,常规高压设备与在线监测技术相结合的方案,是实现高压设备智能化的主要手段。随着设备厂家技术的发展,在线检测设备融入一次设备,松散的智能设备趋于紧凑化,最终形成智能组件已高压设备的进一步融合,最终形成真正意义上的紧凑型一体化智能设备

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the world’s economical society, the size of power grid in the world is expanding too. The risk of latency and uncertainty of power safety is developing. The quality and reliability in power supply is becoming higher and higher for users. By the beginning of 21 century, with the development of Smart Grid in the the Occident, the power industry in the world is becoming high reliability, high quality and green. State grid issued the report of Smart Grid layout, including power produce, power transmit, power transformation, power distribution, power consume and power dispatch.Smart station is the important part of Smart Grid layout. The Smart station will become the mainstream and will become more development. The high voltage of equipment is the basic unit in a power station, the smart high equipment (as smart equipment) is main part of power station. It is different from traditional station. The definition and criterion on smart equipment is not unified.The requirement on smart station is different in different phase. The requirement on smart equipment is different too. The mode of "high voltage equipment+smart unit" is the mainstream.The automatic real time measurement of state and parameter of the high voltage equipment by sensor is the base of smart high voltage equipment., and is the main method of smart high voltage equipment in the beginning of smart station. The method of high voltage equipment and smart unit will become intelligentize in high voltage equipment.By the project of 500kV Lanxi power station intelligentizing, the method and scheme is established. The curse and characteristic of technology is dissertated. The achievement is analyzed after the project.The method of high voltage equipment and smart unit is proved by the practice. With the development of equipment factory, and the use of device of online measurement device the smart equipment is becoming more compact. The real compact integrative smart equipment will be produced soon after the confusion of high voltage device model.
