高压开关柜在线监测系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 随着电力系统的迅速发展,对电力系统设备的可靠性要求也越来越高。由于高压开关柜体的密闭性,在一些负荷较重的地区,存在开关柜的温升超标情况。开关柜的温升超标,直接影响设备的安全稳定运行。目前的高压开关柜温度测量装置主要针对电触头进行,由于测温原理和方式的局限,必须使用昂贵的红外温度传感器或者光纤光栅温度传感器完成对温度的测量,在目前集成化程度越来越高的开关柜内实施传统的测温手段也越来越困难。本文介绍了一种新型高压开关柜在线监测方法,运用基于ZigBee技术的无线传感器网络,通过在开关柜内合理布置数字温度传感器,从而获得开关柜实时温度数据。在此基础上开发了一套温度监测分析软件,实现在线监测基础之上的状态诊断和故障预警。通过变电站实际安装和调试,验证了本系统监测高压开关柜温度的正确性和可行性,为今后在线监测系统在萧山供电局的全面推广提供了宝贵的经验。

【Abstract】 With the development of electric power system, there is a much higher demand for the reliability of electric power equipment. As an enclosed body of High Voltage Switchgear, there is a situation that the HV Switchgears have excessive temperature rise in some areas of heavy electric load. The excessive temperature rise affects the safety and stable operation of electric power equipment. Existing measure equipment of temperature of high-voltage switchgear based on expensive sensor such as IR sensor or fiber bragg grating Sensor is faced on increasingly difficulty when being installed in switchgear with more and more complex structure.In this paper, a newly online monitoring system of high-voltage switchgear is described. The multi-point temperature field is obtained by utilizing ZigBee wireless sensor network implement. The state diagnosis and the fault alarm is acquired on base of online monitoring. Practical running manifest the accuracy and feasibleness of synthetic estimation of high-voltage made by this system. And it provides valuable experience for widely using the on-line monitoring system of high-voltage switchgear in xiaoshan power supply bureau in the future.
