【摘要】 论文从农业产业化经营内涵以及我国农业产业化经营背景和发展趋势出发,通过对桐乡市果树生产基地的实地调查,分析了目前桐乡市果树产业化经营所面临的问题,探讨实现果树产业化经营的主要对策。本研究对桐乡水果的总体发展过程及主要水果种类的发展过程进行了调研,通过调查分析表明目前桐乡果树产业化经营存在的问题主要是：城镇化进程加快以及季节性用工短缺,果树种植面积发展较慢；农民质量品牌意识谈薄,技术水平低；产品标准化程度较低；采后商品化处理低；水果专业合作组织刚刚起步,带动农户致富能力较差等。针对桐乡市果树产业化经营所面临的主要问题,研究并提出优化品种结构,加快区域化布局,推进适度规模化生产；强化科技培训,提高生产者的知识化、专业化水平；推广标准化栽培技术,提高果品质量、创立果品品牌；强化采后商品化处理；加强水果专业合作组织及流通体系的建设、大力发展休闲观光果园等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the connotation of agricultural industrialized management, the background and development tendency of our country’s agricultural industrialization operation, this thesis investigated the production bases and the leading processing enterprises of Fruit tree in Tongxiang city, analyzed the problems in the management of the Fruit tree industry faced presently. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward based on the above study.The brief introduction of planting history of the fruit industry, cultivation condition have been given in this thesis. Based on the investigation and analysis, we summarized the problems of the fruits tree industry at present:Fruit tree planting area bogged down, because of the shortage of labor; Quality brand consciousness of farmer was poor, the product standardization degree was lower; The enterprise process ability was insufficient; The special corporation organization are ate the starting stage, the comprehensive utilization level was low, it is difficult to be a leading to enrich. For the main problems of the industry management of Fruit tree in the Tongxiang city, some countermeasure have been proposed, which include:to accelerate the regional layout and promote the production standardization; to increase the agricultural science and technology innovation and extension; to cultivate and expand the agricultural leading enterprise, to enhance the ability to leading farmers; to develop the comprehensive utilization of Fruit tree; to enhance the product quality and the attachment value; to strength the special corporation and organization, to construct the system of logistics.更多还原
