地铁滨康站在西兴历史街区保护与复兴中的触媒作用研究

【摘要】 杭州地铁1号线站点建设正在进行中,地铁滨康站的设计方案已经确定,并已进入施工阶段。西兴历史街区是杭州市11个历史文化街区之一,是杭州市城市文化和运河文化的重要历史遗存。地铁滨康站的开发与建设和西兴历史街区的保护与复兴很好地反映了杭州城市现代化建设与历史文化保护之间矛盾,必须在两者之间寻找恰当的结合点,以实现互利共赢的可持续发展。城市触媒理论在地铁站点的开发与建设、历史街区的保护与复兴这两个领域都有较为广泛的应用。城市触媒能否产生积极联动的触媒效应主要取决于其是否具备成为城市触媒的潜质和是否具备积极有效的触媒介质,而城市设计可以扮演触媒介质的角色。本文将首先阐述研究背景、内容、目的、意义、方法与研究框架;接着紧紧围绕城市触媒理论,详细阐述城市触媒的概念、特点、类型、作用机制、应用范畴与实证案例;然后引出西兴历史街区和地铁滨康站,阐述西兴历史街区的历史沿革、现状概况和衰落原因以及地铁滨康站城市设计的项目概况和设计成果,重点分析西兴历史街区与地铁滨康站的关系;紧接着利用城市触媒理论,深入分析地铁滨康站的站点类型、触媒潜质与触媒要素;最后总结归纳出地铁滨康站的触媒介质塑造目标、原则与策略,为相关城市设计实践提供一定的理论指导。

【Abstract】 Hangzhou Metro Line 1 is under construction, of which the Binkang Metro Station has finished the design phrase, entering the construction phrase. The Xixing Historic District is one of the eleven historic districts in Hangzhou, and is the important historical heritage of Hangzhou’s urban and canal culture. The Binkang Road Metro Station development and the Xixing Historic District protection and rehabilitation reflect the contradiction between Hangzhou’s urban modernization construction and historical culture protection. The paper attempts to find a proper joint point between them and realize the sustainable development of mutual benefit and shared profit.The urban catalyty theory has a perfect joint point with metro station development and construction as well as historic district protection and rehabilitation. Whether the urban catalyst can produce positive linkage catalytic effects depends on whether they have the urban catalytic potential and whether they have active and effective catalytic media.The paper will firstly set out the research background, content, purpose, significance, methods and research framework; following closely around the urban catalyst theory, it will make a detailed and thorough discussion on the concepts, characteristics, types, roles, scopes and application cases of the urban catalyst; this then leads to the Binkang Metro Station and the Xixing Historic District, and will make a deep overview of both; using the urban catalyst theory, it will further give an in-depth analysis of Binkang Road Metro Station’s catalytic types, potential and elements; finally, it will summarize the goals, principles and strategies to shape the Binkang Metro Station’s catalytic media, providing some theoretical guidance for the relevant urban design.
