石家庄经济技术开发区污水处理厂一级A提标改造工艺研究

【摘要】 石家庄经济技术开发区污水处理厂设计排放标准为二级标准,根据国家相关法规,必须进行一级A提标改造。该污水处理厂目前接纳的废水90%以上为工业废水,通过传统工艺处理达到一级A排放标准难度较大。本课题拟针对污水的水质特点开展中试研究,确定最佳工艺技术路线,制定一级A提标改造方案,并进行技术及经济可行性分析,为该污水处理厂一级A提标改造工程的实施提供技术支持。1)建立了一座处理能力为1.0m3/h中试装置,采用"HAF复合厌氧反应池+BFP生物铁反应池+FSBBR流离生物膜反应池+MBBR移动生物膜反应池+臭氧生物炭反应池”工艺,确定各处理单元水利停留时间分别为3.6h、7.8h、5h、7.8h、7.8h和1.5h。试验结果表明,当进水COD300-800mg/L、NH3-N30-60mg/L、TN50-80mg/L、TP5-7mg/L时,COD、NH3-N、TN和TP的去除率分别达到85%、90%、73%和93%以上,出水水质均可满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A排放标准,并对各单元运行参数进行优化。2)在中试研究的基础上,确定了污水处理厂一级A提标改造工艺,并结合污水处理厂‘现有构筑物及厂区平面布置情况,制定了一级A提标改造方案。3)对一级A提标改造方案的技术及经济可行性分析表明:采取的处理工艺高效、稳定、可靠。改造工程总投资4965.43万元,改造后全厂年运行费用为1234.52万元,吨水运行成本0.748元(不含折旧费和维修费),工程实施后,COD、NH3-N、TN及TP的消减量分别为8213t/a、730t/a、456t/a和63.88t/a,环境社会效益显著。

【Abstract】 The effluent designed of the sewage disposal plant of Shijiazhuang economical and technique develop area was secondary standard, according to relevant regulations, the facility must be expanded and upgraded. There are more than 90% of the industrial wastewater in the influents of the plant, which is hard to meet the effluent standard of A in First grade through the traditional wastewater treatment processes. In this paper, a pilot-scale experiment was conducted to determine the optimum technical strategies based on the actual characteristics of the influent, and then made the upgrading reconstruction plan and evaluated the feasibility at technical and economic aspects, aiming at offering a guidance to the upgrading of the operating water plant.1) A pilot-scale experiment was carried with the process of " HAF+BFP+FSBBR+MBBR+O3/BAC ", the treatment potential was 1.0 m3/h, and the hydraulic retention time were 3.6h,7.8h,5h,7.8h,7.8h and 1.5h, respectively. The research indicated that:when the quality of influents was COD 300-800mg/L, NH3-N 30-60mg/L, TN 50-80mg/L and TP 5-7mg/L, the removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N, TN and TP were more than 85%,90%,73% and 93%, respectively. Each index of effluent reached the primary standard level A of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB18918-2002), and then operating parameters of each unit were optimized.2) The upgrading reconstruction plan were drafted combining the main structures and plane arrangement of the sewage treatment plant and the design process of sewage treatment plan which was made on the basis of pilot-scale experiment.3) The economic and technical feasibility study of the upgrading reconstruction plan indicated that the process is efficient, stable and reliable. The total investment of reconstruction project was 4965.43×104 yuan, the annual operating cost of the whole plant was 1234.52×104yuan, and the running cost was only 0.748 yuan/t. This project was estimated to reduce the emissions of COD, NH3-N, TN, TP about 8213t/a,730t/a,456t/a, 63.88t/a, respectively and the social benefits and environmental benefits of the project were incalculable.
