中厚板加热炉计算机过程控制研究

【摘要】 中厚板生产过程中,加热炉是第一道工艺生产设备,而且是耗能大户。钢坯加热的技术直接影响板材产品的质量、能源消耗和轧机寿命。因此加热炉过程控制方法的推广对钢铁企业意义重大。加热炉的生产目标是满足轧制要求的钢坯温度分布,并实现钢坯表面氧化烧损最少和能耗最小。本文对中厚板加热炉计算机过程控制进行了研究,本文做了如下工作:1、建立了基于热力学的钢坯温度预报模型,解决加热炉生产过程中炉内钢坯温度难以测量的问题,并为加热炉炉温设定控制提供重要依据。2、开发中厚板加热炉计算机过程控制系统,采用面向对象用例驱动设计方法,编写加热炉过程控制软件系统设计文档,并用VC++实现该系统。3、根据中厚板生产的实际情况,本系统温度场模型可靠,系统抗干扰性强。

【Abstract】 The most important equipment on steel rolling line is Reheat furnace which has a large energy consumer. For reheat furnaces of steel enterprises ,the technology of slabs heating directly affects strip steel product quality, energy consumed and mill life. So it is important to extend optimal setting control technology. The purpose of reheat furnace production is to achieve the fewest stock scale loss and energy consumption, and the important is to acquire the slab temperature distribution rolling required. Aiming at above problems, this paper includes the work as follows:1. Based on thermodynamics, the slab temperature prediction model is established, which solves the problem that slab temperature is immeasurable and makes important foundation for optimal setting control of reheat furnace.2. Reheat furnace process control is designed according to the actual situation of the medium and heavy plate, a software system of reheat furnace control is developed by using the object-oriented use case analysis and design method and compiles cooling control software system design documents, realizes this system using VC++.3. According to the actual situation of plate production, the system temperature field model is reliable, strong resistance to interference.
