广东地区外墙外保温砂浆施工技术研究

【摘要】 本文根据广东省建筑外墙外保温的现状,通过外墙外保温质量的影响因素分析,对广东省建筑外墙外保温进行了施工工艺的研究。文中通过对广东省建筑外墙外保温的现状调研,发现目前广东省建筑外墙外保温存在设计、材料、施工工艺等影响外保温系统的质量问题。文中根据提出的质量影响因素,主要从施工工艺方面着手,对广东省使用较普遍的聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统和无机砂浆外墙外保温系统进行了分析和试验研究,并提出外保温墙体贴饰面砖,更是施工难度较大的一种工艺。通过对比试验及相关研究,利用工程实践,提出了相关技术控制要点。经过对比试验,得出相关结论:必须做好基层处理;对操作工人做好交底,严格按工艺要求进行施工;外保温层必须每层做好隐蔽验收;饰面砖抗拔试验应切至抹面层(不断钢网)。通过对聚苯颗粒外保温的试点项目,提出应在工人、工艺、材料配比、锚杆布置、细部处理等方面着手,并制定相关措施进行技术攻关。通过对无机砂浆外保温的试点项目,提出在抗裂柔性砂浆中添加纯丙烯酸树脂,将抗裂柔性砂浆中的网格布改为加挂镀锌钢丝网,用长钢钉将镀锌钢丝网固定在墙体的砌体上,从而解决保温砂浆与面层饰面砖粘结层断开的常见质量通病,确保面层饰面砖粘结强度满足规范的质量验收标准。最后,本文总结了在广东省使用外保温系统应注意的几点技术要点:应在全面施工前进行工艺试验;外饰面砖抗拔应切割至抹面层表面,不能切断钢网;必须严格控制各个施工工序,做好操作工人的技术交底;抗裂钢网推荐使用镀锌钢网替代网格布,增加抗裂性能;塑料锚栓对增强外保温体系的整体性有较强的作用;无机砂浆中适当添加外加剂能有效提高保温砂浆的各项性能;在满足系统粘结强度和机械稳定性的前提下,务必强调采用柔性释放应力来解决面砖开裂、脱落的问题。文中还提出了外保温砂浆技术的发展趋势及展望,旨在促进人们对外墙保温这项节能新技术的了解,从而加快这项新技术的推广应用。

By comparing the test and research, the use of engineering practice and put forward relevant technical control points.After a comparative test, draw relevant conclusions: must be prepared to primary treatment, to do tests on the operation of the workers, in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction process, outer insulation layer must be well hidden on each inspection, tiles anti-pull test should be cut to wipe the surface layer (not cut off the steel mesh).Polystyrene insulation through the pilot project, proposed to be the workers, process, material ratio, bolt layout, detail treatment and other aspects, and to develop relevant measures to tackle technical problems.Through the inorganic thermal insulation mortar pilot project, proposed to add pure crack flexible acrylic mortar, the mortar will crack soft mesh fabric to add a galvanized steel wire, galvanized wire with a long nail to net fixed in the wall of masonry, so as to solve the surface layer of thermal insulation and decorative brick mortar bonding layer off the common quality defects, ensure that the surface layer of decorative tile adhesive strength to meet the standards of quality acceptance criteria.Finally, the paper summarizes the use of insulation in Guangdong Province should pay attention to the system technical points: the construction should be carried out before a comprehensive test process, exterior tile uplift should be cut to wipe the surface layer of the surface, can not cut off steel mesh, must be strictly control the various construction process, good operation tests the skills of workers, cracking steel mesh recommended replacement galvanized steel mesh to increase the crack resistance, plastic anchors for enhancing the integrity of the insulation system have a stronger role. Add the appropriate inorganic mortar admixtures can improve the thermal insulation of the performance, to meet the bond strength and mechanical stability of the system under the premise must be stressed that the release of the stress to solve using flexible tile cracking, shedding problems. The article also raised outside the thermal insulation technology trends and prospects to promote awareness of the exterior wall of the new energy-saving technology to understand, thus speeding up the promotion and application of this new technology.
