县级智能配电网建设中配电自动化技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 目前我国电力用户的停电时间大部分都是由配电网不够坚强引起的,有一半的输电损耗都发生在配电网,所以发展智能电网应把配电网作为重点。配电自动化系统升级与优化是发展智能配电网的重要内容之一。智能自动化技术不仅使城乡配电网向智能、高效、可靠、绿色的方向发展成为可能,保障了社会的供电安全与质量,提高供电可靠性,还产生越来越明显的经济效益与社会效益,为电力领域带来了新的前进驱动力。本文概要介绍了国内外配电自动化技术的发展现状,从智能电网的含义与特征出发,讨论了智能配网中的自动化、信息化、互动化等关键技术。提出要建设及改造智能化配电网,首先要对配电网进行规划,为实现配网自动化打造坚强网架。主要通过对现状配电网状况分析、调研了台山市上下川岛10kV配电网络的用电情况,预测未来的用电负荷,并提出建设配网自动化系统的总体架构。论述配电网自动化系统的结构和功能,研究了可行的系统建设方案,为川岛智能配电网的建设发展提供切实可行的参考和指导。通过研究智能终端设备控制技术,深入分析10kV风力发电接入技术和二次技术,结合工程实际讨论和分析了智能配电网建设与改造的的应用情况。本论文充分调查分析了国内外配电网的发展趋势和特点,结合上下川岛建设智能配电网的实际需要,通过科学分析与理论计算,经过校内外导师的指导以及与配电网设计、规划专家和经验丰富的运行技术人员反复讨论、论证,配电自动化技术在工程实际中得到很好的应用和提升,充分体现了它在县级智能配电网建设中的科学性和实用性。

【Abstract】 At present, Most of the power outage time of electric power users in our country are caused by power distribution network not strong enough, half of the transmission loss occurs in distribution network, so the distribution network should be the key of the development of smart grid power. Distribution automation system upgrade and optimization is one of the important contents to develop the smart distribution grid(SDG).Intelligent automation technologys not only make urban and rural distribution network to the intelligence, efficient, reliable and green development direction possibly, guarantee the power supply security and quality in social, improve the power supply reliability,and also produce more and more obvious economic benefits and social benefit, bring new forward driving force for the field.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of distribution automation technology at domestic and overseas.Expounds the meanings and characteristics of smart grid power.Discuss many key technology such as automation, informationization, the interaction of the SDG.In order to puts forward to construction and reform the SDG,firstly should develop the SDG planning,Build strong power rack for the distribution network automation.This paper mainly research the Electricity supply of 10kV power distribution network in Shangchuan island and xiachuan island in taishan city. It forecasts the power of the load in the future, and puts forward the General framework construction of the distribution network automation system. It Discusses the Structure and function of the system,and Creatively proposes the feasible system construction scheme. It provides practical reference and guidance for development of the SDG in the island.This paper research intelligent terminal equipment and its control technology, and in-depth analysis 10kV wind power generation access technology and secondary technology, combined with the engineering practice discussing and analying the application of construction and retrofit in the SDG..This paper fully investigated and analysis the development trends and characteristics of distribution network domestic and overseas,combined with the actual need of construction of the SDG in the island.under the guidance of inside and outside school teacher, repeatedly discussed and demonstrated by grid design and planning experts with the operation of the experienced technical personnel In the writing process,the Power distribution automation technology in engineering practice to obtain the very good application and promotion, fully emboding it is scientific and practical that this application in the construction of County-level power distribution grid.
