珠三角居住区低成本景观设计研究

【摘要】 人类社会发展至今,全球人口超70亿,自然资源与生态环境不断恶化?金融危机爆发让房地产业遭遇政策?融资?市场竞争等各方面挑战?从全球环境问题和当前社会发展实际问题考虑,作者尝试提出低成本景观设计理念,并结合自身工作经验对珠三角居住区低成本景观设计进行分析与研究?望能抛砖引玉,为将来居住区景观设计带来一些启发与帮助?本文共分5章:第一章,主要阐述了低成本景观设计的相关概念?研究课题的缘起?研究的方法与论文框架;第二章,分析了低成本景观设计与相关理论的关系,阐述了低成本景观设计理念的提出背景?可操作性及意义,并研究与总结了古今中外低成本景观设计的实例和理论;第三章,分析了居住区景观成本与景观效益,通过分析居住区景观设计管理流程,探讨了居住区景观成本的主要影响因素和低成本设计的重要控制内容,并提出综合评价?价值工程评价两个评价方法;第四章,分别从景观成本主要影响因素?设计阶段重点控制内容及一些有效的特殊途径探讨了居住区低成本景观设计对策;第五章,选取佛山万科缤纷四季和美的君兰江山这两个区位相近的?产品定位和设计风格类似的房地产住宅项目为典型案例,对其景观设计进行横向对比,从而更直观的解读珠三角居住区低成本景观设计?
【Abstract】 With the development of the human society, the world population exceeds 7 billion, natural resources and ecological environment are deteriorating. The financial crisis brings challenge to the real estate from policy?financing?market completion and other various aspects. Take a long view of the global environment and current social development needs, the author try to forward the concept of low-cost landscape design, and to analysis and study the low-cost landscape design of the Pearl River Delta residential district unifies with own experience. Hope to serve as a catalyst and bring some inspiration and help to the landscape design of future residential district.The full essay is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly elaborated the related concepts of low-cost landscape design, origins and research methods of the topic, and essay framework. The second chapter analyzed the relations of the low-cost landscape design and relevance theory, expounded the proposition background, maneuverability and importance of the concept low-cost landscape design, researched and summarized examples and theories of low-cost landscape design of all times. The third chapter analyzed landscape cost and benefit of residential district, through the analysis of residential landscape design management process, discussed the major influential elements and important control contents of low-cost landscape design, and proposed two evaluation methods,“the comprehensive evaluation”and“value engineering evaluation”. The fourth chapter discuss the countermeasures of residential district low-cost landscape design respectively from the aspect of the major influential elements of residential district landscape cost? important control design contents of design stage and some effective approaches.The fifth chapter selects Foshan Vanke Four Seasons and Midea Kinglan Jiangshan as typical case, two real estate residential projects similar in location? product positioning and design style. Parallel compare is made from landscape dusign, thus read the low-cost landscape design of the Pearl River Delta residential district even more intuitively.
