输电线路光纤保护及其现场应用问题研究

【摘要】 目前,超高压输电线路纵联保护主要应用高频载波和光纤两种通道方式。采用光纤通道的保护,可以避免高频载波通道的诸多问题,在高压电网中将得到越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了光纤保护的发展历程,对四会变电站目前的保护配置情况及近年来发生的故障进行了详细分析,针对发现的问题,提出了利用光纤保护进行技术改造的措施。文中分析了光纤通道继电保护具有的优势,介绍了光纤保护的特点及光纤通道与继电保护配合的几种方式,根据四会变电站220 kV线路保护的配置及运行情况提出了220 kV线路保护光纤化改造方案。最后,重点讨论光纤保护在实际应用中可能遇到的问题及其解决方法,并运用在四会变电站线路保护光纤化改造中。根据220 kV四会变电站综合改造工程制定了220 kV会旺线施工改造方案。

【Abstract】 At present, high frequency channel and optical fiber channel are widely used as the signal transmission path of the pilot protection of HV and EHV transmission lines. While the application of fiber protection can avid many problems from high frequency carrier wave channel, and fiber protection is more and more widely used in high-voltage power systems.The development process of the optical fiber protection is described in this paper. The actual operation status of the protection of 220 kV lines in Sihui substation and the main problems in recent years during operation of the high-frequency protection is analysed. According to the shortcomings in the high-frequency protection, fiber channel can used to improve reliability of operation.Then in this article, superiority of fiber-optical protection is analyzed, the characteristic of pilot protection and the connect ways of optic-fiber channel with relay protection devices is introduced. According to the fundamental disposition and the actual operation status of the protection of 220 kV lines in Sihui substation, it put forward the option of reforming.Finally, it focuses on the practical application of optical fiber in the protection of the problems encountered in its solution, and it can be a good guide to the application of fiber protection of 220 kV lines in Sihui substation.The plan for reconstruction of 220 kV Huiwang Line is provided.
