智能配网故障快速定位方法的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着城网和农网改造的进一步深入和电力市场的不断发展,用户对供电质量和供电可靠性要求越来越高,因此要求供电部门改进和提高配网自动化水平,一旦发生配网故障立即进行故障定位、隔离和恢复供电,以减少停电时间。研究和实现智能配网故障快速定位,对于提高配网可靠性有着极其重要的意义。首先,本文对配电网进行了分析并建立了相应的数学模型,对配电网故障定位、隔离的原理进行了详细的讨论和分析,研究了适用于各种配电网的故障区段判断定位和隔离的通用算法。在此基础上,重点研究基于统一矩阵的配电网故障定位算法。该算法简洁地处理SCADA故障信息,通过对邻接开关矩阵、故障信息矩阵和故障判定矩阵计算分析,快速准确定位故障区和隔离故障,确保非故障区的转供电。其次,针对配电网点多面广的特性,若完全依靠在开关、断路器上安装自动化装置实现故障定位、隔离,投资巨大,建设周期长,且故障定位精度不高。本文提出采用故障指示器检测短路和接地故障的方案,能够充分利用现有资源,大大提供配电网的供电可靠性,实现故障快速定位和隔离。并针对接地短路故障零序电流难以检测的难题,利用动态阻性负载投入产生故障特征信号,配合故障指示器,来确定单相接地故障区域。针对新会地区现有配网设备的现状,分析传统故障定位方法的特点和不足,并对下一步建设的配电自动化系统在故障定位功能上提出要求。在理论研究的基础上,本文以新会供电局配电网为例,研究智能配网故障快速定位系统的建立,从通信系统、硬件设备、软件系统等方面进行详细分析。最后,根据实际的运行情况,得出故障定位方案的实用性和经济性,以及在试点阶段有待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 With the urban network and rural power grids and electricity markets further the continuous development of user power quality and supply reliability requirements are high, thus requiring the electricity sector to improve and enhance the level of distribution automation, in the event with network failure immediately fault location, isolation and restoration of power supply to reduce outage time. Research and intelligent distribution network fault fast positioning, for improving the reliability of the distribution network has an important significance.First, the paper analyzed the distribution network and the corresponding mathematical model of distribution network fault location and isolation of the principle of a detailed discussion and analysis of the distribution network for a variety of fault section to determine the location and isolation the general algorithm. On this basis, focusing on unified fabric based fault location algorithm for distribution network. The algorithm is simple to handle SCADA fault information, through the adjacent switch matrix, the matrix fault information and fault analysis to determine the matrix calculations quickly and accurately locate the fault zone and fault isolation, fault zone to ensure the transfer of non-supply.Secondly, the power distribution network for a wide range of features and more, if totally dependent on the switch, circuit breaker install automation equipment to achieve fault location, isolation, a huge investment, long construction period, and the fault location accuracy is not high. This paper presents the use of fault detection circuit and ground fault indicator of the program, to make full use of existing resources to provide much power distribution network reliability, to achieve fast fault location and isolation. And for ground fault zero-sequence current is difficult to detect the problem, the use of resistive load into the dynamic characteristics of a fault signal, with the fault indicator to determine the ground fault zone.Areas for the new session the status of the existing distribution network equipment, analysis of the characteristics of the traditional methods of fault location and weaknesses, and the next step in the construction of distribution automation fault location system function requested.In theory, based on this paper, Xinhui Power Supply Bureau distribution network, for example, with a network of intelligent positioning system failed rapid establishment of communications systems, hardware, software, etc. for detailed analysis. 华南理工大学硕士学位论文Finally, according to the actual operation, the program reached the fault location practicality and economy, as well as in the pilot phase of the problem to be solved.
