光催化竹炭纤维针织物的开发及性能研究

【摘要】 光催化竹炭纤维,是一种绿色环保、健康保健的新型功能性纤维,开发光催化竹炭纤维织物前景广阔。首先,采用扫描电镜观察光催化竹炭纤维的形态结构,测试纤维的吸湿性、拉伸性能、电学性能,并建立力学模型拟合纤维的拉伸性能。其次,开发光催化竹炭纤维纯纺纱、光催化竹炭纤维/精梳棉(50/50)混纺纱、纯棉纱,探讨了工艺流程,确定各工序的工艺参数。测试混纺纱线的强伸性能、弹性性能、条干均匀度、毛羽。采用混纺纱强度理论预测混纺纱线的断裂强度,混纺纱强度随着光催化竹炭纤维含量的增加先减小再增大,当光催化竹炭纤维含量为65%左右时混纺纱强力最低。纯光催化竹炭纤维纱的弹性好,条干均匀度好,有害毛羽少。第三,开发系列光催化竹炭纤维针织物,测试织物的力学性能和舒适性能指标,分析了光催化竹炭纤维含量和紧密系数对织物各性能指标的影响。采用灰色近优综合评价方法综合评价各织物的服用性能,结果发现纯光催化竹炭纤维织物具有良好的服用性能。最后,深入研究光催化竹炭纤维织物对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解性能,分析了反应时间、溶液初始浓度、初始pH值、光催化竹炭纤维含量、光源中心与液面间离等因素对降解效果的影响关系。结果表明:在紫外线照射下光催化竹炭纤维针织物对亚甲基蓝溶液产生明显的降解效果,其去除率可达67.02%;亚甲基蓝溶液的初始浓度越低,初始pH值越高,光催化竹炭纤维含量越高,光源中心与液面间距越小,织物的光催化降解效果越好。

【Abstract】 Photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber is a new kind of functional fibers for its green environmental protection and health care. It has a board prospect to develop photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber fabrics.First, the morphological structure of photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber was observed via SEM. The hygroscopicity, tensile properties and electric properties were tested and the suitable mechanical model was created to fit the tensile behavior.Second, developed the photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber and cotton blended yarn, discussed the spinning processes and ascertained the parameters of each process. The tensile properties, elastic properties, evenness and hairiness of the blended yarn were tested. The strength of the blended yarns was forecasted according to the blended yarn strength simple model. It indicated that the strength of the blended yarn decreased firstly and then increased along with the increase of photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber content. When the content was about 65%, the strength was lowest. The pure photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber yarn had better elastic properties, evenness and less harmful hairinesses.Third, developed photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber fabrics, tested the indicators of mechanical properties and comfortability, analyzed the relationship between the content, tightness factor and each indicator. The wearability was evaluated via gray near optimal comprehensive evaluation method and the pure photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber fabric was best.Forth, the photocatalytic degradability of methylene blue solution by photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber knitted fabrics was researched. The relationships were analyzed between the removal rate and the response time, the initial concentration and pH value of methylene blue solution, the content of photocatalysis bamboo charcoal fiber, the distance between the ultraviolet light centre and liquid level. It indicated that it had an obvious photocatalytic degradation effect and the removal rate could reach 67.02%. The initial concentration of solution lower, the pH value higher, the fiber content higher, the distance between light centre and liquid level shorter, the effect was better.
