转轨道式自动抛丸机设计

【摘要】 抛丸清理机是利用抛丸清理技术对工件进行清理从而达到清理工件、强化工件的目的。根据吊钩式抛丸清理机的组成及工作原理,可以发现抛丸机不能连续的进行清理工件。由这一特点,可以将吊钩式抛丸清理机通过改进吊钩轨道的方法达到连续循环的清理工件,提高抛丸清理机的自动化程度。本课题主要采用跟踪测绘、观察分析、理论计算、改进修复的设计方法,并以弹丸循环系统为主线,利用以上设计思路,使设备既要符合理论又要顺应现实的可行条件及环境。本文论述了抛丸器高铬铸铁耐磨件复合型壳精密铸造工艺的特点以及生产抛丸器耐磨件的优势,从开泰抛丸机械公司100T复合型壳精铸生产线角度分析了复合型壳精铸工艺生产工艺流程以及工序操作特点。并利用光学电镜和洛氏硬度计分析了高铬铸铁耐磨件的微观组织结构和力学性能,分析了不同热处理方式对其微观组织结构和硬度的影响。本文以实际课题为背景对自动抛丸清理机进行了深入研究并作了大量的对比分析,总结了各配套设备对整体工作效果的各种影响,并进行了详细的理论计算,对研究抛丸机的工作具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve clean and strengthened workpieces, shot blasting was used to clean the surface of workpieces which based on the shot blasting technology. According to the composition and operational principle of the hanger type shot blasting machine, it can be seen that the shot blasting machine cannot clean the workpieces continuously. Consider this inconvenience, hanger track can be improved to make sure the hanger type shot blasting machine cleans the workpieces continuously.Track mapping, observation and analysis, theoretical calculations, improve and repair methods are adopted in this project. And all the tasks run through the main line of shot cyclic system. Based on the above design ideas, the equipment not only meets the theory, but also complies with the practical conditions and the environment.The investment casting processing and properties, predominance and shortcoming of investment casting for high chromium wear resistance materials used in shot blasting machine were investigated in this paper. It analyzed the compound shell casting technology process and operate feature through Katai shot mechanical company 100T compound shell casting production line. Furthermore, optical microscope and Rockwell Hardness Tester were used to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-Cr iron. Effect of different heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties were also dicussed in this paper.Depth study and numerous comparison analyses about automatic shot blasting machine were listed in this paper which based on the realistic project. The influence of corollary equipment on the entirety work, and detail theoretical calculations were gave in this paper as well. All the studies in this paper have certain reference value to the research of shot blasting machine.
