【摘要】 电信增值业务的发展突飞猛进,新业务层出不穷,业务功能不断完善,增值业务成为运营商新的业务增长点,也是运营商收益的重要组成部分,伴随着公司的增长,业务的功能不断扩大,与其缺乏的实时数据流量统计及在线查询和业务配置相关工作的系统也应运而生,本人结合自己的工作和在电信增值业务领域短信的运营经验中,对电信增值业务短信管理系统进行了深入的研究,提出了解决方案,开发完成了电信增值业务短信管理系统,论文主要作了以下几个方面的工作：(1)通过对电信增值业务短信管理系统的调研,了解实际需求,对短信管理系统进行了系统概述、详细介绍了系统的功能性需求和非功能性需求,其中功能性需求包括：功能模块需求和数据库查询及优化两部分。(2)论文提出了电信增值业务的三层架构模型：数据层、业务层和表示层,其中业务层包括：接口、信息交换和业务处理子层；将电信增值业务短信管理系统划分为六个模块：基础信息、上线管理、内容维护、客服查询、流量统计、管理。进行了系统详细设计,并用JSP/Servlet/HTML/XML加以实现,用Tomcat进行发布；从系统的界面设计、模块的详细流程、配置信息、网络结构到数据库的设计和数据库的安全策略进行了全方位的阐述。(3)从测试角度,介绍了电信增值业务短信管理系统的测试的环境、制订了测试方案,给出了详细的测试数据,列出了测试过程,并对测试结果进行了分析。电信增值业务短信管理系统方便各级主管在第一时间根据目前的流量,及时做出业务推广方向的决策调整,解决了用户电话咨询及运营商工单处理方面能实时的回复和在线查询,电信增值业务短信管理系统目前已系统实现并上线,运行稳定、界面良好。提高了管理水平和工作效率,节省了人工操作的成本,降低了出错率,提高了服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Value-added telecom business advances rapidly, new business emerges one after another, business functions are improved continually, and value-added business has become operators’new growth point and an important part of their benefits. With the increase of companies and the expansion of business functions, a system of real-time data statistics and on-line inquiry and relative configuration is born at the right moment. Thanks to a few years experience in successful operation and value-added telecom business and intensive study in short-message management system, the author puts forward solutions and develops value-added telecom business short-message management system. In this paper the author fulfills the following tasks:(1)By investigating value-added telecom business short-message management system and surveying actual demand, the author overviews short-message management system, and introduces its functional requirement and non-functional requirement. Functional requirement consists of functional module requirement and database inquiry and optimization.(2) The author discusses three-layer structure model:data layer, business layer and presentation layer. Business layer includes interface, information exchange and business process sub-layer. Value-added telecom business short-message management system is divided into six modules:basic information, on-line management, content maintenance, customer service inquiry, quantity of flow statistics and management. The system is realized by JSP/Servlet/HTML/XML and released by Tomcat. The paper states the system all-roundly from its interface design, module detail process, and configuration information, network structure to database design and database safety strategies.(3)From perspective of test, the paper introduces value-added telecom business short-message management system’s test environment, and works out test program and provides detailed test data and test process, and analyzes its results.Value-added telecom business short-message management system can provide convenience for leaders’prompt decision adjustment according to the rate of flow at present. It solves the problem of real-time reply and online inquiry of telephone inquiry and dealers’unilateral handling. The value-added telecom business short-message management system is realized and is online. The system is stable and all right in operation process. It can improve management efficiency and work efficiency, saves the cost of manual operation, decreases error rate and improves service quality.更多还原
