省级电视台标清加高清硬盘播出总控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 目前我国电视行业技术发展非常迅速。随着全国各个电视台完成台内设备的数字化改造,电视从源头完成了由模拟向数字的转变。而各大中城市完成有线电视网络的数字化改造、数字机顶盒基本普及到千家万户则标志着电视行业从传输到终端的模拟向数字的转变完成。广电行业下一步的发展方向既从标清数字信号向高清数字信号过渡。在行业大背景下,本文主要考虑设计一套应用于省级电视台的总控和播出系统。信号格式选用标清数字嵌入音频SDI信号,频道数设置选用7个频道。这足够满足目前绝大多数省级电视台的播出需要。另外,电视台播出总控系统的设备使用寿命普遍平均在6-8年左右,设计播出总控系统时必须考虑广电行业未来技术发展趋势。因此本文设计了一套高清频道的播出总控系统。省级电视台标清加高清硬盘播出总控系统按照功能可以划分为以下几个子系统:视音频系统、控制系统、网络系统、时钟系统、同步系统、字幕包装系统、配电系统。本文分别对这7个子系统的设计做了详细论述。本次设计方案完全满足了电视台播出总控系统对于播出安全性的苛刻要求,做到了无任何单一崩溃点,各种备份方案完善且易于实行。本次设计方案对于省级电视台播出总控系统的建设具有非常高的参考借鉴价值。高清频道的设计能够实现一个频道的高标清信号同播或者高清信号独立播出。

【Abstract】 Currently, China TV broadcasting enterprises advance very rapidly, especially in the technological aspect. With the system and equipment digitalization in TV stations all over the country, the substantial transfer of the signal source from analog to digital has been finished. Further, the digitalization of the CATV network and the large-scale deployment of the digital set top boxes imply the completion of successfully transferring the signal transmission from analog to digital. The next task for the TV broadcasting industry is shifting to the high definition (HD) future from current standard definition (SD) age.In such situation, this paper presents a total control broadcasting system for provincial TV station. The proposed system employs the SD digital embedded audio SDI signal with seven TV channels, which is enough for almost all provincial TV stations. Moreover, considering the six to eight service life of the equipment in broadcasting total control system, the future trend of the broadcasting industry must be taken into account when designing the control system.The SD and HD Hard Disk Broadcast Total Control System for Provincial TV Station consist of the following subsystems:the video audio subsystem, the control subsystem, the network subsystem, the clock subsystem, the synchronous subsystem, the subtitle effect subsystem and the electric distribution subsystem. This paper will describe the seven subsystems in detail.The proposed system totally meets the strict demand in broadcasting safety of the TV total control, as there is no isolated breakdown point and the backup scheme is well defined and easy to implement. We believe the proposed system will provide a very valuable reference for building a broadcasting total control system for provincial TV station. HD channel design can achieve a channel of HD and SD with the broadcast or HD signal independent broadcast.
