线缆故障检测抢修辅助系统研制

【摘要】 随着科学技术的快速发展,线缆的使用逐渐增多,许多系统故障都是由线缆故障引起的,线缆故障已成为影响系统整体可靠性的一个重要因素。在电气设备和电子装置等系统的调试和维护过程中,对线缆的故障点检测与定位成了测试工作中不可缺少的一部分。传统的故障检测方法存在检测速度慢、测试精度低、工作量大和容易造成人为误差等问题,已明显不能满足现代化检测技术的要求,因此,我们急需研发线缆故障检测抢修辅助系统。本文针对目前线缆检测中存在的不足,从提高故障检测精度与定位速度,减少维修人员劳动强度、提高工作效率的方面作了深入研究。设计了一种以ETX嵌入式系统为核心平台,以飞思卡尔16位单片机MC9S12DG128为下位控制核心,综合应用基于CPLD的PC 104 A/D数据采集卡、数字IO卡、正弦波信号发生器卡、交流伺服电机、MS6818线缆探测仪等,共同构建线缆故障检测抢修辅助系统。该系统将线缆短路状态检测、断路状态检测、虚焊状态检测及其快速定位融为一体,有效辅助维修人员的工作,解决了上述传统检测方法存在的问题,使得线缆故障检测快速可靠。系统方案采用“ETX嵌入式计算机平台+检测控制功能模块+辅助部件”的形式,综合利用成熟的计算机控制技术和电子设计技术搭建系统硬件平台,包括线缆抢修辅助设备主机一台、虚焊检测振动台一套、故障定位仪一台、连接适配线一套、连接器堵盖一套、抢修工具及工具箱一套、包装箱一套。每一设备部件都具有不同的功能和使用性,分别配合使用完成相应功能需求。本文完整介绍了项目的背景、意义,线缆故障的检测、故障点的准确快速定位、维修后线缆复测等原理,并从实际功能需求的角度对系统进行了分析和规划,给出具体的实现方案,确定软、硬件的总体设计方案,然后详细介绍硬件电路设计,主要功能芯片的控制语言编写和应用软件的设计过程等。最后简述了硬件调试路线过程和对仿真故障线缆的实际检测情况。该系统已经设计完成,并正式交付客户应用,实验测试运行情况良好,达到了预期的设计目的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, the use of cable increasing gradually, and most system faults are caused by the cable faults. Cable fault detection and location has also become an indispensable part of the test. The cable fault detection and rush-repair aided system is urgently needed.This paper gave an ETX embedded system to improve the precision of fault detection and positioning speed. The system included the MS9S12DG128 that was the control core of the system, the PC 104 A/D data acquisition card based on CPLD, digital 10 card, sine wave signal generator, AC servo motor and the MS6818 cable locator etc. The system could detect the status of the cable short-circuit, open-circuit and incomplete weld, and also quickly located this states.The system solution used the form of "ETX embedded computer platform+ detection control module+accessories" to build the hardware platform in utilization of sophisticated computer technology and electronic control system design techniques. Included an cable rush-repair auxiliary equipment, a set of faulting welding vibration table, a fault locator, a line of flight plug adapter, plug cover a flight, repair tools, a toolbox and a set of packing box. Each equipment had respectively functions and used in conjunction with each other.The paper introduced the background and significance of the project, the principles of cable fault detection, the precious fault detection and repetition measurement after maintenance.Next it described the specific implementations to determine the overall hardware and software design, the program of the MCU and the PC software. Finally, it gave the hardware debugging line process and the practical detection situation after the process of simulation. The system had completed and formally delivered to the customer application. It ran well and had achieved the desired design objectives.
