连续热镀锌线光整机控制系统研究及改进

【摘要】 近年来,由于热镀锌钢板的需求量猛增,国内镀锌板生产线得到快速发展。为提高产品质量,国内一些特大型钢铁企业在引进镀锌板生产线的同时,花高价从国外引进了光整机,以保证生产的镀锌板平整光滑。光整机置于热镀锌工艺段之后,作为提高产品表面质量和加工性能的一个必不可少的环节,其控制系统较为复杂,控制精度要求也颇高。光整机自动控制系统涵盖了电气、工艺、液压、气动等多个专业的内容,具体功能包括电气传动控制、HGC控制(液压辊缝控制)、延伸率控制、弯辊控制等。并且由于光整机在生产线布局中承前启后的特殊位置,它还对生产线的张力控制和速度控制起到了至关重要的作用。本文以北京首钢富路仕彩涂板有限公司连续热镀锌线引进的光整机为实例,结合PLC程序及相关资料对光整机自动控制系统进行了重点研究、消化和吸收,并在此基础上对生产运行中存在的问题进行深入剖析,给出了解决办法。通过采用模糊自适应PID等先进的控制方法来代替传统的PID控制,提升了光整机电液伺服系统的控制性能,解决了光整薄带钢褶皱问题和校准时序暂停问题。并且通过对摩擦转矩进行补偿,解决了光整机支撑辊线速同步问题。实践证明,这些技术改进效果良好,既提高了生产线产品质量,又减少了让步品、废品比例,为企业创造了利润。

【Abstract】 Recently, the needing of zinc coating coil is increasing, more and more hot dip continuous galvanizing lines have been built. For improving the quality of the production, many factories spent a lot of money to bring in skin-pass-mill from other countries.Skin-pass-mill is a very important equipment. It can make the steel strip surface smooth as well as better machining performance. Its control system is very complex, including electrical drive control, hydraulic gap control, elongation control, bending-roll control, etc. Besides, skin-pass-mill is laid on the middle of the CGL, it plays an important role on tension control and speed control of the line.This thesis is mainly talking about the skin-pass-mill of Beijing Shougang Flourish Technology Ltd. Through researching the PLC program and documents of the skin-pass-mill detailedly, we have learned the ropes of skin-pass-mill’s control system. On the basis of that, we solved some problems which disturbed the line normal running seriously. By using fuzzy PID control instead of traditional PID, the response of skin-pass-mill’s control system became more quickly and more precisely, the problem of thin steel strip has been solved, also calibration sequence can be executed normally. By compensating for friction torque, back-rolls can reach the line speed quite quickly. The line’s working order is much better than before.
