基于心理契约的小型工业企业基层员工激励研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,我国小型工业企业日趋成熟,但是在小型工业企业的发展中,遇到很多人力资源方面的问题,而这些问题的根源在于企业与员工心理契约的存在。现今人们越来越重视企业中的每个人和员工的激励。本文旨在建立一套适合小型工业企业基层员工的基于心理契约的激励的评价模型并应用于企业的激励评价。本文首先对研究的背景和研究意义进行了阐述,分析了国内外关于激励以及心理契约的研究成果;然后对本文涉及的心理契约和激励内容进行了界定,并总结了激励的相关理论;接着重点阐述了基于心理契约的小型工业企业基层员工激励的指标体系的构建;在此基础上,本文对现有激励评估方法进行了综述和分析,继而应用层次分析的综合评价方法,构建了基于心理契约的小型工业企业基层员工激励的评价模型;最后以沈阳某公司为例,将本文的研究成果加以应用,通过评价结果和访谈法评价结果的比较,研究并证实本文评价模型的科学性、合理性和实用性。
【Abstract】 As the development of economy, the small industrial enterprises come to mature day by day.But they also met quite a lot of problems on human resource, which come from the existence of psychological contract.Nowadays people pay more and more special attention to the value of everyone at work and incentive. And the aim of the paper is to build a model based on psychological contract to evaluate the incentive of the company.Firstly, this paper has elaborated the background and significance of the research, and analyzed the researches on both Psychological Contract and Incentive at home and abroad; secondly, it summarized the relevant theories;thirdly, it has focused on the construction of incentive index system of small industrial enterprises; fourthly, this paper has carried on the summary and the analysis to the existing methods of the small industrial enterprises, then it has built the incentive evaluation model, which is based on a comprehensive evaluation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process methods; finally, it has applied this research’s result to a certain enterprise and then it proved the rationality and practicability of the evaluation model.
