【摘要】 摘要内容:高校辅导员队伍建设,直接关系到大学生思想政治教育的效果和成果。加强高校辅导员队伍建设是时代赋予的必然要求,是大学生拥有正确人生观和价值观的重要保证,对实现我国科技兴国战略具有重要的保障作用。是确保我国建设有中国特色的社会主义事业后继有人、兴旺发达具有重大的战略意义。高校辅导员是占领大学生日常思想政治阵地的先锋战士,其任务是全面提高大学生的思想素养、把他们教育好、培养好、引导好。因此高校辅导员的德育能力的高低直接关系到人才培养目标的实现。是高校德育工作者的重大责任。培养一支业务精、责任心强、素质高、能打硬仗的辅导员队伍是高校肩负的历史使命。本文第一部分:主要阐述了高校辅导员德育能力的基本含义和重大意义。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育关键在于高校辅导员。重视并加强高校辅导员德育能力建设是当前和今后一个时期高校德育工作的一个重要使命。第二部分:主要阐述了高校辅导员德育能力的构成要素。由于高校辅导员的地位特殊,责任重大,决定了高校辅导员德育能力的基本构成要素主要包括:辅导员自身的思想道德认识能力和践行能力、把握德育内容的能力、掌握德育规律,灵活运用德育方法的能力、德育信息的搜集,处理能力、了解并正确评价德育对象的心理品质和操行的能力、控制德育环境的能力、语言表达能力七大要素。第三部分:主要是对高校辅导员德育能力现状进行分析,并在肯定其成绩的同时,如:认识到提高高校辅导员德育能力的重要性、成立了专门的培养机构、辅导员德育能力得到提升的同时,也揭示了存在的问题与不足如:培养目标针对性不强、德育教育效能低、辅导员队伍结构有待优化、德育能力首位力度不够等问题。并基于此,从社会环境不良因素影响、政策短缺、认识误差等方面进行了原因剖析。第四部分:主要是对新时期高校辅导员提高德育能力的对策进行了探讨。本文认为,加强新时期高校辅导员德育能力,应致力于注重内在和外在共同发展。如:要在反思中提高德育能力、增强德育育人的自觉性、开展德育育人研究,掌握大学生思想规律、转变观念,增强修养、创新工作方法,提升诱导渗透能力、高校要加大对辅导员的支持力度、改革高校辅导员的教育模式,培养自主成长型辅导员、完善相关的教育法律法规,明确高校辅导员的权责、高校制定严格的选拔制度与条件要求等。更多还原

Is to ensure that our cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics have qualified successors, prosperity is of great strategic significance. College counselors are occupied daily ideological and political positions of the vanguard fighters, whose task is to improve the students’ ideological quality, educating them well, good training, good to guide. Therefore, College Counselors’ moral ability directly affects the realization of talent training goal. Is the major responsibility of moral educators in Colleges and universities. Build a business, responsibility heart is strong, quality is high, can Daying Zhang’s counselor team is the historical mission of colleges and universities.The first part of this article mainly elaborates the University Counselors: moral ability of the basic meaning and significance. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is the key to college counselors. Pay attention to and strengthen the College Counselors’ moral ability construction is the current and future period of moral education in universities and colleges is an important mission.The second part: mainly discusses the moral ability composition of College counselors. Due to the high school counselor ’s special position, responsibility is major, CollegeCounselors’ moral ability determines the basic elements include: Counselors ’ Ideological and moral cognition ability and practical ability, grasp the content of moral education, moral education rule ability to master, flexibility in the use of methods of moral education, moral education ability of information collection, processing ability, understand and correctly evaluation of the target of moral education psychological quality and performance ability, control the environment of moral education, the ability of language expression ability of the elements.The third part: mainly is to the University Counselor moral ability present situation carries on the analysis, and in recognition of its achievements, such as: understanding to improve college counselors’ moral ability, set up a special training institutions, counselor moral ability at the same time, also revealed the existence of problems and deficiencies such as: training objectives targeted not strong, moral education efficiency low, counselor team structure to be optimized, moral education ability first strength is insufficient wait for a problem. And based on this, from the social environment influence of adverse factors, policy shortage, and other aspects of the understanding error analysis.The fourth part: mainly for college counselors in the new period and raising moral ability countermeasure are discussed. The article thinks, strengthen the moral education of new period college counselors, should devote oneself to to pay attention to internal and external common development. Such as: to improve moral education in reflection ability, enhance the consciousness of moral education, to carry out moral education on College Students’ ideological, grasp the law, change idea, enhance the self-cultivation, innovation job method, enhance the induction of permeability, universities should increase support for counselors, College Counselors’ educational mode reform, cultivating autonomous growth of counselors, perfect the relevant education laws and regulations, clear responsibilities, college counselors in Colleges and universities to make strict selection system requirements and conditions.更多还原
