纹理绉组织设计方法研究及其CAD实现

【摘要】 绉组织历史悠久,其经纬浮点以不规则方式分布,使织物呈现紊乱的织纹。如果通过一些算法为绉组织配上一定的纹理,则绉组织将会达到更美的效果,而且绉组织手感柔软、厚实,可应用在棉、毛、丝和化学纤维等织物中。由于纹理绉组织循环大,组织点分布均匀且规律性不强,因此人工设计起来比较繁琐,容易出错,且具有一定的局限性。所以采用计算机辅助设计更具实际应用意义。虽现有市场已有许多纺织方面的CAD系统,但就目前所发表的文献鲜见关于纹理绉组织CAD设计方面的研究报道,也未见纹理绉组织CAD设计系统专用软件上市。因此,本课题的研究具有创新性,在一定程度上为纹理绉组织设计、开发及生产提供了便捷。为了符合计算机自动化设计,纹理绉组织上机图需改为数字化表示,本文提出了纹理绉组织上机图的数学模型。并通过分析研究绉组织形成原理,借助矩阵原理,建立了适用计算机自动化设计原理的模型及算法,实现了绉组织自动化设计。通过分析元胞自动机、迭代函数系统、文法构图LS算法三种分形算法,结合织物组织设计算法,本文还建立了四类纹理组织自动化设计模型,并实现了树皮、水波、菱形及花形纹理的随机生成模块,为实现纹理绉组织设计提供原组织。在此基础上,本文设计了组织复合的数学方法,并建立了模型。该模型可将两个组织按照不同比例进行复合,其主要根据两个被复合组织的经纬循环数及综片数来计算得出复合组织的最小经纬循环数及综片数。本文还对不同比例复合组织的纹理清晰度作了定性分析,为织物组织纹理清晰度定量分析奠定了基础。最后,在VisualBasic6.0的开发环境下,本文设计开发了纹理绉组织自动化设计系统,该系统能自动生成绉组织上机图和纹理组织上机图,并按不同比例复合,并可对组织模拟,还可生成意匠图。该系统为纹理绉组织专用设计系统,其功能较齐全,在一定程度上丰富了组织CAD辅助设计领域。为了验证该系统的可行性、其所设计组织的实用性及本文所建数学模型的正确性。本文还在多臂小样机上试织了21块试样,经比较分析试样,本纹理绉组织设计系统具有一定可行性、所设计组织实用并达到预期效果且数学模型建立正确。

【Abstract】 Crepe weave has a long history, and its warp and weft floating-point are both distributed by irregular manner, which made the fabric surface shows disordered lines. If the crepe tissue is coupled with some grain through a number of algorithm, the crepe effect will be more beautiful. On the other hand, the handle of the crepe weave is soft and thick, so it can be applied into the fabrics of cotton, wool, silk and chemical fiber. As the grain crepe weave has large loop, uniform weave point distribution and irregularity, artificial design is relatively complicated, makes mistakes easily and has some limitations. Therefore, the practical significance of the computer-aided designing is more outstanding. Although there are many CAD systems of textile designing in the current market, the relevant research report of the CAD designing of grain crepe weave is seldom, and there is no special CAD designing software for grain crepe weave. In short, the study of this paper is innovative and gives convenience for designing, development and production of grain crepe weave to some extent.In order to correspond to the computer automated designing, grain crepe weave looming draft should be changed into the digital presentation. In this paper a mathematical model of grain crepe weave looming draft was presented. And through analyzing the principle of crepe weave, and combining with matrix theory, the mathematical model were established for the principles of computer automated designing and at last the automated designing of the crepe weave were achieved. By analyzing three kinds of fractal algorithms of cellular automaton, iterated function system and LS algorithm for grammar composition, and combining with weave design algorithm, four automated designing models of grain weave e.g. bark, water, diamond and flower-shaped weave also were established and achieved, which had provided the original weave for the designing of grain crepe weave.On this basis, a mathematical method and a model of weaves compound were designed. This model can make two random weaves combined into one compound weave according to different proportion, and the calculation of the minimum numbers of warp, weft and harness of compound weave is primarily on the basis of the numbers of warp, weft and harness of the two original weaves. In this paper, a qualitative analysis of grain definition about different proportion of complex weaves were also made, which can make the foundation for quantitative analysis of definition of complex weaves.Finally, in the development environment of Visual Basic6.0, an automated design system of grain Crepe weave was developed. The system can generate crepe weave looming draft and grain weave looming draft automatically, compound the weaves by different proportion, simulate weaves and generate pattern grid. The system is a specific design system of grain crepe weave with perfect function and enriches the areas of the aided CAD designing of weave to some extent.In order to verify the feasibility of the system, the practicality of weaves designed by this system and the correctness of the mathematical models built in this paper, 21 samples were weaved on the sample loom, and were comparatively analyzed, which proved that the CAD designing system of grain crepe weave was feasible, weaves designed by this system were practical and the mathematical models established in this paper were correct.
